Buenaventura is a Colombian city right next to the pacific ocean and because of its strategic location unfortunately has become one of the most dangerous and murderous cities of Colombia. The violence and armed conflicts between the drug traffickers, guerrillas and paramilitary groups never seem to stop existing!.
That's why everyone told me to be very careful when I arrive in Buenaventura.
However, during my first morning in this notorious city, I found myself facing some equally serious problems.....
I didn't have fresh clothes to wear, so I showed up Naked,...... and the rest is history haha...

Peruvian food is one of the world’s great cuisines, and I was thrilled to have a chance to visit Peru to learn about and taste the food. In this video, get ready for an ultimate 14-hour straight Peruvian street food tour of Lima!
Here’s everything included in this food tour:
La Parada Market - If you love vegetable markets, I don’t think anywhere else in Lima is as colorful, energetic, and vibrant. This is the beating heart of Lima’s food supply, and I fully enjoyed walking around and seeing the diversity of ingredients from around Peru all in one busy wholesale Market.
Caldo Cesar - Elias navigated us to Caldo Cesar, a restaurant that was incredibly packed and specializes in some of Lima’s best caldo de gallina - chicken hen soup. It was one of the best chicken soups I’ve ever had in my life. Total Price - 52 PEN ($15.71) for 4
Ceviche Cart - One of the national dishes and most beloved dishes of Peru is ceviche (raw fish in lime juice), and we walked over to the section of the market where they sell fish and seasonings for ceviche and had a plate of fresh Peruvian ceviche. It was delicious. Price - 8 PEN ($2.42)
Fruit Tasting - This was pretty unplanned, we just walked around the fruit market and tasted about a dozen types of fruit. My favorite fruits were the Sanky - Fruit produced by a cactus, Camu camu - Native to the Amazon rainforest, and Lucuma - Gold of the Incas.
Papa rellena - This is one of the most common of all Peru street foods, a papa rellena, or a Peruvian stuffed potato. I was impressed - one of the best fried potatoes maybe I’ve ever had in my life.
Tocosh - This fermented potato pulp, was invented by the Incas, and it’s not for the faint of heart. I thought it was unique and pretty delicious, and fun to eat, and it contains natural penicillin.
Papa con huevo - This was ok, but just basic, a potato with egg on top and doused in sauces. This is again, a classic part of Peruvian street food, especially enjoyed by children.
Sanguchería El Chinito - “I practically moved to Peru just for this sandwich.” - Timour Ghoneim. That says it all about this legendary chicharrón Peruvian sandwich located at Plaza de Armas. And he was right, you would move to Lima for this sandwich.
Don Tito Pollos a la Brasa - If you ask Peruvians what is one of their comfort foods, I’m guessing pollo a la brasa would be a common answer. Pollo a la brasa is Pervuian rotisserie chicken, but somehow they just do it better in Peru. Total Price - 84 PEN ($25.39)
Anticuchos Manuela - Without a doubt, this was one of my favorite parts of this entire Peru street food tour of Lima, anticuchos, or grilled cow hearts. They are truly majestic, so juicy and flavorful, you won’t believe it. Price - 10 PEN ($3.02)
Picarones - Finally to end this ultimate street food in Peru tour of Lima, we ordered some picarones, donuts made from sweet potato and pumpkin. They are addictively delicious and should be eaten when you’re in Lima. Price - 6 PEN ($1.81) per box

3 DAYS IN VILLA DE LEYVA - BACKPACKING COLOMBIA
We spent three days visiting the lovely town of Villa de Leyva. It has to be one the must visit places in Colombia with such a nice vibe and friendly people.
We managed to get to the viewpoint overlooking Villa de Leyva and just about got to pozos azules on the first day then had some amazing burgers.
Next we visited Centro de Investigaciones Paleontologicas to see some cool fossils and finished off with the beautiful Casa Terracotta.
We absolutely loved it here and the hostel we stayed at was brilliant.

Los ciempiés son nocturnos, así que salen cuando estás durmiendo. Algos ni siquiera necesitan ojos.
Los ciempiés pueden viajar a casi 2 kilómetros por hora. No está mal, ¿eh?

Are you looking to eat Barcelonas Best Tapas? Come with us as we devour tapas at some of Barcelonas best tapas bars while visiting some of Barcelonas most famous attractions!
In this video we start out at Mercado de La Boqueria where we eat our way through a Barcelona Market Tour! We eat Barcelona's best breakfast, baby squid with sunny side up eggs and OMG is it delicious!
We then head over to one of Barcelonas most famous restaurants and faces, Pinotxo Bar inside of the market! We dine on beef cheek stew and have a beer bellied up to the bar!
We visit #2 Coolest Street in the World according to Time Out (June 2021)- Passeig de Sant Joan. The street is filled with big trees, a cute market and people relaxing on shaded benches.
After a nice long stroll we end up at one of Barcelonas best tapas bars and eat the #1 ranked tapas in the whole city! You will have to watch to see this one:)
We then take a stroll over down to the Barcelona beach and dip our feet into the cold water. We take you on a beach tour, stroll along the marina and stop to see a Cuban street performance.
The next morning we take you inside of La Sagrada Familia, where we are the first people in the doors and get to show you the beautiful rays of morning light in Gaudi's masterpiece.

Today I share with you a family day with me, where I am in La Guaira at a beach called Playa Los Angeles. A beach with fine sand, crystal clear waters (but that day there was a lot of surf) and these are the prices you spend approximately for a day at this beautiful and fun Venezuelan beach! I also share with you a little bit of the history of my confusing accent which I am proud to have because it is mine and it is the one I have adopted during my life, my travels, the countries I have visited! in conclusion my accent is my history! but I am proudly Venezuelan! Here is my family and I sharing on the beach, I hope you like it!
