Welcome to the city of Cala Ratjada, and let's explore its wonderful places together. Cala Ratjada is located on the easternmost edge of the Balearic island of Mallorca. Cala Ratjada is a beautiful town and at the same time it is one of the cheapest resorts in Mallorca. In Spanish, the name is often transcribed without the t to Cala Rajada. Cala Ratjada is a relatively small and quiet resort, but it has many hotels, guesthouses or apartments. Cala Ratjada offers many beaches, led by the popular Cala Agulla, Cala Gat or Son Moll, Cala Moll, where you can already find all the facilities you are used to from a holiday by the sea. The capital city of Palma de Mallorca with the international airport is about an hour and a half away by car. Cala Ratjada is connected by a main road to the other prominent holiday centers of Alcúdia, Cala Millor and Porto Cristo. About 1.5 km from the center of Cala Rajada is the Cape Far de Capdepera, on which stands a romantic white lighthouse from 1861.

Cala Ratjada, a busy resort in the far northeast of the island, is a popular tourist destination for German, Austrian, and French visitors.
You can take the No. 1 bus from the airport to Palma City, then the Cala Ratjada 411 bus to the resort. You can alternatively take a taxi or arrange for a private bus transfer.Cala Ratjada and Cala Agulla, on the other hand, are on opposing sides of the headland. Over the years, tourist development has resulted in the amalgamation of two resorts, resulting in a dynamic, bustling tourism sector. It is without a doubt one of the most attractive spots on the Island, with excellent beaches and forest regions, as well as breathtaking landscape.Cala Ratjada, a busy resort in the far northeast of the island, is a popular tourist destination for Germans, Austrians, and other Europeans. Cala Agulla's natural beauty, with its excellent golden sands and stunning blue/green seas set against the mountains, must be seen to be appreciated. Sunbeds, parasols, pedalos, and lifeguards are available.

Heute machen wir einen Rundgangd urch Artá, schlendern durch die Fußgängerzone und erkunden danach die Almudaina d’Artá mit dem Santuari de Sant Salvador. Anschließend geht es nach Cala Rajada.

In Artá geht es – im Vergleich mit dem Rest der Insel – touristisch etwas ruhiger zu. Es lohnt sich, mit etwas Zeit gemütlich die Fußgängerzone entlangzubummeln und die vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Boutiquen zu entdecken. Die Fußgängerzone zieht sich einmal quer durch den Ort und ist gesäumt von vielen kleinen, niedlichen Cafés, aber auch Restaurants und unzähligen kleinen Boutiquen. Am Ende der Fußgängerzone liegt der Rathausplatz mit dem Rathaus. Von dort sind es nur noch ein paar hundert Meter bis zur Transfiguració del Senyor - eine der zwei Kirchen von Artá. Direkt an dieser Kirche beginnt die Kalvarientreppe, die mit 180 Stufen hinauf zur Festung Almudaina d’Artá führt. Die vollständig erhaltene Burganlage stammt aus der maurischen Zeit. Innerhalb des Burggeländes findet sich das Santuari de Sant Salvador. Die zweite Kirche von Artá. Von der Festungsanlage hat man einen wunderschönen Rundumblick über Artá und die angrenzenden Gebiete. Wer den Aufstieg über die Kalvarientreppe scheut, kann die Burganlage Almudaina d’Artá auch mit dem Auto erreichen. Oben vor der Burg gibt es einen kleinen Parkplatz.
Anschließend fahren wir weiter nach Cala Rajada. Einer meiner Lieblingsorte auf Mallorca. Vom touristischen Bauboom der 70er Jahre blieb der Ortskern von Cala Rajada weitestgehend verschont und so gibt es hier noch echte Fischerdorf Atmosphäre. Der Hafen liegt mittem im Ort und ist gesäumt von Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Eine Promenade führt von Strand Son Moll bis zum Strand in der Bucht Cala Gat. Diese Promenade führt immer am Wasser entlang einmal quert durch die Ort und auch hier finden sich zahllose Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Die Promenade endet in der Bucht Cala Gat, der Katzenbucht. Vermutlich eine der schönsten Strände und Buchten auf der Insel. Traumhaft türkises Wasser und weicher Sand, eingefasst von Palmen, Büschen und Felsen.

Hello and welcome back to your travel channel ????
Today we invite you for a beautiful walking tour to Cala Ratjada in Palma de Mallorca in Balearic Islands in Spain.
Cala Ratjada is a resort that sits in the northeastern point of Mallorca. Extending around either side of the Punta de Capdepera peninsula, it boasts a scenic rocky coastline and, being the closest point in Mallorca to Menorca, it is possible to see Ciutadella on a clear day.
An old fishing port, the harbour and surrounding area retain a deep-rooted charm. In the summer, the restaurants, bars and other amenities create a hive of activity around the port and along the promenade stretching from Playa Son Moll to Cala Gat. The fine golden sandy beaches and pretty coves nearby make Cala Ratjada an appealing summer holiday destination, especially amongst German families. In winter, it virtually shuts down apart from a few permanent locals and a handful of bars open on the promenade.
Above the harbour, you will find the Jardins Bartolomé March or Sa Torre Cega, owned by the same banking family as the Colecció March in Palma. The gardens contain a sculpture park with works by Rodin, Henry Moore and modern Catalan artists. They can only be visited by prior arrangement with the tourist office unless you attend a public event held here throughout the year.
If you fancy a bit of exercise, the 19th-century lighthouse at Punta de Capdepera is a point of interest, and many tourists enjoy the leisurely hike to take a look at it. Here you are rewarded with views across to Menorca on a clear day.
The beaches in Cala Ratjada are very popular because of their fine golden sand and crystal clear turquoise seas, ideal for soaking up the sun. You can also enjoy many watersports such as diving, water skiing, windsurfing and sailing. The main beach is Son Moll, located to the south of the harbour; it is 150 metres long (50 metres deep) and can get very busy during the summer months. The smaller beach of Cala Gat, to the east of the harbour, is equally popular. Other, quieter beaches can be found further north – try Cala Agulla or Cala Mesquida (you will need transport to reach this last beach).

Cala Llombards is a stunning beach located on the southwest coast of Mallorca in the Santanyi municipality.
Beautiful cove of white sand that extends between cliffs towards the interior until it borders the pine forest that closes the cove. Very close to the beach is one of the most emblematic natural monuments of Santanyi es Pontas, in Spanish: the Puentazo. A formidable natural arch of rock eroded by the waves surrounded by water that looks like a bridge into the sea.I hope you enjoy the video!

Bonita cala de arena blanca que se prolonga entre acantilados hacia el interior hasta colindar con el pinar que ciera la cala.
Muy cerca de la playa se encuentra uno de los monumentos naturales mas emblematicos de Santanyi es Pontas, en castellano: el Puentazo. Un formudable arco natural de roca erosionada por las olas rodeado de agua que parece un puente dentro del mar.Espero que disfruteis el video.Gracias
???????? Cala Llombards ist ein wunderschöner Strand an der Südwestküste Mallorcas in der Gemeinde Santanyi.
Schöne Bucht aus weißem Sand, die sich zwischen Klippen ins Landesinnere erstreckt, bis sie an den Pinienwald grenzt, der die Bucht schließt. Ganz in der Nähe des Strandes befindet sich eines der emblematischsten Naturdenkmäler von Santanyi „es Pontas“, auf Spanisch: der Puentazo. Ein beeindruckender natürlicher Felsbogen, der von den Wellen erodiert wurde, umgeben von Wasser, das wie eine Brücke ins Meer aussieht.Ich hoffe euch gefällt das Video!

Ob das nun in der Form von schönen Promenade ist, Abendessen auf einer wundervollen Terrasse mit tollem Meerausblick, Ausgehen in einen Biergarten oder Tapas essen in einer charakteristischen Bodega.
Sie können den langen Boulevard entlang schlendern und dabei die angenehme Meeresbrise spüren. Entlang des Weges führen Sie verschiedene Stufen zu erfrischenden Orten.
Cala Ratjada hat einen wunderschönen Strand, der aber mit einer Länge von 200 Metern nicht der größte Strand Mallorcas ist. Auch der Jachthafen ist einen Besuch wert, umgeben von zahlreichen Terrassen und urigen Restaurants.
Cala Gat ist ein kleiner Sandstrand nördlich von Ratjada und Sie können das Zentrum in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Dies ist ein typischer mallorquinischer Golf, eine enge Schlucht mit Felsen zum offenen Meer. Die Bucht hat klares Wasser und ist beliebt zum Schnorcheln.
Cala Ratjada ist ein altes Fischerdorf mit dem größten Hafen nördlich von Mallorca. Die Stadt ist teils historisch und teils modern, mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants, besonders im modernen Teil. Es ist gut, besonders abends viele Souvenirläden in der charmanten Stadt zu sehen. Es gibt auch eine nette Atmosphäre entlang der Promenade, was es einfach macht, dort herumzulaufen. Die bekannte Einkaufsstraße von Cala Ratjada ist Carrer d'Elionor Servera.
