Some footage have been originally recorded in 8K resolution and some in 4K. I upscaled all 4K footage to 8K resolution and I made color correction, thus resulting a new highly quality film.
I usually prefer to produce high resolution films on my channel which takes a longer time than 4K processing, but the result is worth the effort.
I inserted a lot of useful information into subtitles to make watching my films more enjoyable.

We travelled to one of the most scenic places in Turkey: Pamukkale (Denizli Turkiye)!!!
This place literally translates to “Cotton castle” and offers a stunningly unique landscape with Thermal travertines and historical Roman architecture – Hierapolis, one of the most notable ruined cities in Pamukkale It is located within the Denizli Province, in the River Menderes valley to the south-west of Turkey.
The Legend of Pamukkale
Like every mysterious place in the world, Pamukkale has a strong legend that makes this place even more appealing. People believe that back in the hay day, there was a Turkish young girl that no one wanted to marry because she was ugly. Depressed, the girl tried to commit suicide throwing herself off the mineral travertine. She fell into a natural pool and survived the fall. The water in the pool turned her into a beautiful girl who caught the attention of the Turkish lord, Denizli, while he was passing by the spiritual site. He fell in love with the girl and decided to marry her. That is why people nowadays believe that in addition to the health benefits, the rocks in Pamukkale can make you more beautiful.
Up until the 1980s, Pamukkale was exclusively a local destination in Turkey because of not many people outside of the country knew the benefits of the water. But then Turkish people decided to represent and develop Pamukkale as a spa center. Motels and resorts were raised and the land became clear, the road up the slope was converted into pools, and visitors were allowed in them to walk, play, splash and even soak.
We highly recommend you to visit the white cliffs early morning - it’s very hot during the day in summer. Also don’t forget to grab a big bottle of water (or 2), hat and sunscreen lotion. You can buy them inside but it’s more than twice the price.
This unique natural site embraces the ancient Roman city called Hierapolis which has the largest known graveyard of the antiquity that gives this site another unique character. Hierapolis, World Heritage site since 1988 with Pamukkale, means sacred city.
The historical artifacts found in the excavations are on display at the Hierapolis Ruins. Tripolis Antique City in Buldan Country, Colossea Antique City in Honaz Country, Tabea Antique City in Kale Country, Apollonia and Herakleia Salbace antique cities in Tavas Country are other important antique settlements located around Hierapolis.
the Antique Pool and Cleopatra’s Pool. One might find it interesting to know that the shape of the present day Antique Pool has been formed due to an earthquake in the 7th century A. D. The marble portico with an ionic arrangement fell into the pool during the earthquake and remains like that till today.
A bath in Cleopatra’s Pool has always been known to possess healing properties. It is actually a thermal pool where the water temperature ranges from 36 to 57 degree Celsius. The pool water is rich in substances like bicarbonates, sulphates, iron and carbon dioxide. As can be gathered, the water of the spring is suitable for taking baths and drinking, and can be found to be beneficial.

Pamukkale, meaning cotton castle in Turkish, is a natural site in Denizli Province in south-western Turkey. The city contains hot springs and travertines, terraces of carbonate minerals left by the flowing water. It is located in Turkey's Inner Aegean region, in the River Menderes valley, which has a temperate climate for most of the year.
The ancient city of Hierapolis was built on top of the white castle which is in total about 2,700 metres (8,860 ft) long, 600 m (1,970 ft) wide and 160 m (525 ft) high. It can be seen from the hills on the opposite side of the valley in the town of Denizli, 20 km away.

The ancient city of Tripolis, located in the Yenicekent neighborhood of the Buldan district of Denizli, is 38 km from the center of Denizli and 14 km from the center of Buldan. The ancient city of Tripolis is an ancient settlement dating back to 5500 BC. The ancient city of Tripolis was founded on the slope of the Menderes river. There are theatre, bath, city building, castle and walls in the city. Established at the intersection of three regions, the ancient city of Tripolis, meaning three cities, is a must-see for history lovers. Denizli (Ancient Greek: Αττούδα) is an industrial city in the southwestern part of Turkey and the eastern end of the alluvial valley formed by the river Büyük Menderes, where the plain reaches an elevation of about three hundred and fifty metres (1,148 ft). Denizli is located in the country's Aegean Region.
The city has a population of about 646,278 (2018 census). This is a jump from 389,000 in 2007, due to the merger of 13 municipalities and 10 villages when the area under Denizli Municipality jurisdiction increased almost fivefold and the population around 50 percent. Denizli (Municipality) is the capital city of Denizli Province.
Denizli has seen economic development in the last few decades, mostly due to textile production and exports.
Denizli also attracts visitors to the nearby mineral-coated hillside hot spring of Pamukkale, and with red color thermal water spa hotels Karahayıt, just 5 kilometres (3 miles) north of Pamukkale. When you come to this charming city, colorfully painted houses welcome you. Feeling yourself in a fairy-tale world, you get lost in this colorful environment. When you come here, do not think about where to visit. The capital of textile, the tourism paradise Babadağ was established on the slope of the mountain. Tripolis Antik Kenti'nden Buldan Dokuma Pazarına Yolculuk / Tripolis Ancient City
Tripolis, Büyük Menderes Nehri'nin kenarındaki verimli Çürüksu Ovası'nın kuzey doğusunda MÖ 5500 lerde yerleşim yeri olarak kullanılmaya başlamış. Lydia bölgesinin sınır kenti olan Tripolisin Helenistik dönemde ilk ismi Apollania olan kent stratejik ve jeopolitik önemli bir alana konumlanmıştır. Ticaret yollarının geçiş güzergahındadır.
Kent daha sonraları Roma ve Bizans hakimiyetine geçmiştir. Yenice Kaplıcaları'ndan sıcak su, Güney'den içme suyu kente getirilmiş. Pişmiş tuğlalardan yapılan borularla sular kentin her yerine taşınmış.
Doğa, çevre, doğal kaynakları ve mimarisiyle eşsiz bir güzellikte olan Tripolis Antik Kenti İ.Ö. II. yüzyıl sonları ile İ.S. I. yüzyıl ortalarında ve IV. yüzyıl ortalarında birçok deprem ve savaşlara sahne olduğundan çok tahrip olmuştur. 10-11 şiddetinde bir depremle yıkıldığı söylenmektedir.
Tripolis'te gerçekleştirilen arkeolojik kazı, koruma ve onarım çalışmaları Bakanlar Kurulu Kararıyla, Kültür Turizm Bakanlığı Kültür Varlıkları ve Müzeler Genel Müdürlüğü ve Pamukkale Üniversitesi adına Prof. Dr. Bahadır Duman'ın başkanlığında; sürekli (Arkeologlar Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Mehmet Ok, Arzu Deniz Duman, Mehmet Aksu, Sezer Sayan, Tolga Candur, M. Uğur Özer, Serkan Katırancı, Restoratör Emre Avcı) ve kısmi zamanlı olarak çalışmalara katılan heyet üyeleriyle yürütülmektedir.
Tripolis Antik Kentini gezdikten sonra 13 km ileride olan Buldan'a geçtik. Bin bir çeşit dokumalarıyla tam bir dokuma cenneti olan Buldan restore edilmiş ev, çarşı ve dükkanlarıyla turistlerin gezdiği ve alışveriş yaptığı bir yerdir. Sıcak kanlı insanlarıyla, park ve çarşılarıyla güzel bir gün geçirdik.

tarafından M.Ö. 197 yılında kurulan, adını da Amazonlar Kraliçesi Hiera’dan alan Hierapolis, aynı zamanda “kutsal kent” olarak anılıyor. Hz. İsa’nın
havarilerinden St. Philip’in burada öldürülmesi ve onun adına anıt mezar yaptırılması, Hierapolis’in inanç turizmi açısından da öne çıkmasını sağlıyor.
Apollon Tapınağı, St. Philip Martyriumu, Antik Tiyatro, Roma Kapısı, Kuzey Bizans Kapısı, Agora, bugün müze olarak kullanılan Roma Hamamı,
su kanalları, Direkli Kilise ve nekropoller, Hiearapolis’teki başlıca tarihi yapılar. Bu yapıların bir bölümü İtalyanlar tarafından 1957 yılından bu
yana sürdürülen kazılarda ortaya çıkarılmış durumda. Yine kazılarda bulunan tarihi eserler, Hierapolis Arkeoloji Müzesi’nde sergileniyor.
