Driving in Algeria - From Algiers to Blida
This is the first inter-city trip video that I'll publish on my channel. I'm driving from Ben Aknoun, in Algiers, to Blida. You'll discover the Algiers motorway that leads to Blida (part of National Highway 1 - Route nationale 1) that goes all the way to the borders between Algeria and Niger (Algiers-In Guezzam). When you're Algiers, Blida is the next city to the south. It's also the capital of the Blida province. It sits at the foothills of the beautiful Blida Atlas (where the town of Chrea is located). It's nicknamed as the City of Roses. It's a beautiful city and the wilaya itself has lots of interesting places to visit, especially in the Blida Atlas mountains. Enjoy this trip with me!
Driving in Algiers - From El Harrach to El Hamiz
Today, let's visit El Hamiz, a suburb known for its electronics and home electric appliance stores. Almost everyone who wants to buy a washing machine or a fridge at the best price would go to this suburb at least once in their life. El Hamiz is a town located between Bab Ezzouar and Rouiba, on the eastern edges of Algiers and we'll set off from El Harrach to visit it. Algiers around Algiers. Have a nice trip!

♥☼ Constantine (Arabic: قسنطينة, Qusanṭīnah, also spelled Qasentina or Kasantina) is the capital of Constantine Province in north-eastern Algeria. The city was originally created by the Phoenicians, who called it Sewa (royal city). Later it was renamed Cirta, by the Numidian king Syphax,Constantine is situated on a plateau at 640 metres (2,100 ft) above sea level. The city is framed by a deep ravine and has a dramatic appearance. The city is very picturesque with a number of bridges over Rhumel river and a viaduct crossing the ravine. The ravine is crossed by four bridges, including Sidi M'Cid bridge. Constantine is the railhead of a prosperous and diverse agricultural area. It also a centre of the grain trade and has flour mills, a tractor factory, and industries producing textiles, wool, linen and leather goods.

Pendant ses retrouvailles, et les très agréables excursions à Tipasa, au tombeau de la Chrétienne, etc...j'ai logé à Alger avec le groupe de Pieds Noirs venu de France.
Nous avons été très chaleureusement reçu et les visites commentées par notre guide Nono était instructifs et cordiales.
Les Algérois de la rue que j'ai rencontrés, me promenant seule, ont été très agréables, amicaux, fraternels.
Si Dieu le veut, j'y retournerai et peut-être reverrai-je la maison de mon enfance.
Quelle émotion! Que de souvenirs.

I have been visiting Algiers Point the last few years to drone the Mississippi River and the City of New Orleans and sunsets. There is so much more about this small extension of the big city of New Orleans. There are bars, eateries and pubs at the point as well as shot gun homes and the daily life living in the big easy. This day I was entertained by a grammy nominated brass band the Hot 8. Amazing New Orleans sound as they practiced while I droned the area. Just a great day....
