So you're probably wonder, how the hell do I do this trip on my own?

First, let me get one thing clear - because all the different names can be confusing. So you're going to be walking from San Sebastian to Pasajes (in Basque it's called Pasaia) along the trail called Talaia Ibilbidea. Pasaia is a municipal area, and it has four village in it. Two of those villages are called San Pedro and San Juan. Sometimes they're called Pasajes San Pedro and Pasajes San Juan. And it can all be a bit confusing. But anyway - I hope that's clearer.

So, how do you do the walk? First, head to the starting point petrol station (which is here: From there, you walk up the street Zemoria Kalea - just keep following it for about 5 minutes. And then you'll hit some steps, from then on you're on the path. And to make sure you're going in the right direction, just keep following the signs for Pasaia (the Basque name for Pasajes). And below Pasaia on the signs, it'll say, Talaia Ibilbidea which is the name of this path that goes from San Sebastian to Pasajes.

And really you can't go very wrong. It's about 2.5-3 hours walking to the villages.

The Albolea (Basque whaling ship) is here:

The first bar Muguruza is here:

You get the boat here: (it comes every couple of minutes and cost €0.80 each way per person).

Casa Cámara is here: (** you should call ahead to reserve to avoid disappointment). And the fish we got was baked monkfish (called rape in Spanish).

Medieval Bridge of Pedret, Catalonia, Spain - Unravel Travel TV

Located on the Llobregat River downstream of the dam of the reservoir Baells, about 525 meters above sea level and very close to the church of St. Quirze Pedret. It is a Gothic bridge, documented in 1286, which crosses the Llobregat Pass way back, made with irregular stone and unpolished. It consists of four arches (initially had five) of unequal size, the central arch is pointed and the other, smaller semicircular reduced. Near the bridge, and dug into the rock, there is a series of round holes that correspond to the laces of wooden beams that supported a Roman bridge. It is an interesting example of Gothic bridge that facilitated, in its time, communications between Berga and the church of San Quirze Pedret the sector of San Miguel Canals and Puigarbessós.

Silent Vlog ???? Slow Living ???? Princess in the Mountains ???? BERGA, SPAIN ???????? VANLIFE in Nature

Silent contemplative film ???? Contemplative & mindful living ???? Slow travel silent vlog, no talking, no words! Visual diary of a day in the solo vanlife of a princess in the Spanish Pyrenees, living in nature with my turquoise van, Camille, discovering the beauty of slowing down as much as possible, enough to notice all the little things, as well as all the big things, seeing far and wide enough to realize how small one is and how vast the world.

Follow me in a slow day in minimalist living vanlife adventures, appreciating the beauty of nature in solo vanlife through my eyes :) Relaxing video, ASMR, minimalist living, slow life. Everything is filmed as slowly as can be, so that you can take the time and imagine and travel, through spacetime, to be with me, right here, right now :)

After spending weeks and weeks in place after place after place, I desperately wanted to just find somewhere back in nature and not only see, but also live the beauty of nature. After the Alps across Switzerland, France, and Italy, I’ve been spoiled with all the magnificence of mountain after mountain, but the Pyrenees are a new adventure here in Spain, and seem entirely different. Unlike each breathtaking location in the Alps, equally beautiful as flooded with seekers of its beauty, the Pyrenees in the region of Catalonia remain largely - wild - win only a passing car on the main road ever once in a few hours.

After crossing the border between France and Spain along the Mediterranean coast, I headed inland and upwards to the Spanish Pyrenees of Catalonia. Unlike the Alps, it did not take long to transition from the plains to rather deep into the mountains - perhaps a mere half hour. Driving as slowly as I usually do, I was surprised to find that not a single car tailed my van as we climbed our way up. Eager to escape the perpetuating heat, I found myself in yet another change of season in this strange summer, that has seemed more like four seasons than one.

Lac Timu is a lake too small to see on google maps, as it’s radius is not larger than 100 meters, it would seem. It was created due to mine explosions, as I was rather sad to discover, but also which led to the discovery of dinosaur fossils in the region - footprints that cradle the boundaries of the lake. I liked to imagine falling asleep with the dinosaurs as well as the stars each evening, and wonder whether, if no one came to set eyes on this place, could it still be called beautiful? As slowly as possible, I tried to breathe in each little breeze of what remained of the sunlight still so diligently spilling into yet another quiet day in September, colored in nostalgia.

Each day I film these videos, mainly motivated by a deep desire for those who are dear, so near and far, through space and time, to be able to see, through my eyes and through my body, which happens to be in this point in space and in time, all the beauty that surrounds us, everywhere in the world, if only we would stop and look and perhaps realize enough to remember that we are breathing, how very little we truly need to be happy. In particular, these videos are dedicated to my mother, the one I most profoundly wish I could take with me in each of my adventures. Thank you for sharing each of your worlds with me.
