Barceloneta and Manati, Puerto Rico -Sightseeing. Paseo de Alas, Antigua Central La Plazuela

On this excursion we visit the towns of Barceloneta and Manati, Puerto Rico. In Barceloneta we check out the incredible Antigua Central Azucarera La Plazuela and super photogenic spot complete with a casa jibara!

Next we have lunch at Old West Town a fun, cowboy themed restaurant that is currently at 50% capacity and so can welcome all people. We took so many fun pictures there as well and enjoyed some great mojitos and traditional Puerto Rican food.

Just around the block walking from there is the Paseo de los Veteranos where the was a fun wing swing, wing paintings and the huge Hector Bandera on the corner.

Then we stopped by the famous Paseo de las Alas and incredible art installation on a main road where you can take pictures with various painted wings.

Then we were on our way to Manati. Our first stop in Manati was at the town plaza where we saw the incredible building of the old Plaza del Mercado. Just around the corner was an old abandoned building and one of the trendy tourist chairs.

Our day was not finished in Manati as we had some beaches to check out...so stay tuned for those in an upcoming video!

????Paseo Alas de Barceloneta!????????

Estas son las famosas y espectaculares alas. Son ideales para tomarse fotos. ????

8. Palau De La Musica Catalana.
Another renowned Catalan artist and architect, Lluis Domenech i Montaner, built the Palau de la Musica Catalana, a 19th-century opera house. The facade of this stunning building, regarded as the epitome of Catalan Modernism, features wonderfully detailed mosaic work and ornate columns.

The oldest and most vibrant area of Barcelona is the Gothic Quarter, commonly known as Barri Gotic. If you come here, you can see the opulent grandeur of historic Roman buildings and gorgeous plazas.

6. Casa Batllo.
The former townhouse of the renowned Catalan Batlló family, Casa Batllo is yet another modernist wonder designed by Antoni Gaudi. This architectural masterpiece closely resembles the castles from fairy tales because of its alluring façade and unusual design.

5. Casa Vicens.
The stunning Casa Vicens house, which Antoni Gaudi created, is an example of Neo-Mudejar architecture. One of the most well-known tourist destinations in Barcelona, it is situated in the quiet district of Gracia.

4. Montjuic Castle.
If you're visiting Barcelona with your family for the first time and are looking for places to go, be sure to include the captivating Montjuic castle on your list. This magnificent castle, which is 213 meters above sea level, is well-known for its stunning museums and outstanding panoramic views.
