Akim Oda is a beautiful City in the eastern region of Ghana. It is also the traditional capital of the Akyem Kotoku State. Akim Oda is also the home of newly promoted premier League side KOTOKU ROYALS. Oda remains a key cientre which houses industries in the wood processing aside other agro based firms.

Aburi is a town in the Akuapim South Municipal District of the Eastern Region of south Ghana famous for the Aburi Botanical Gardens and the Odwira festival. Aburi has a population of 18,701 people as of 2013.
Aburi has several primary education, secondary education, higher education and further education institutions and Aburi is home to Aburi Presbyterian Technical Secondary School, which is linked to The Sixth Form College, Farnborough in Hampshire, England.
Aburi is also home to Aburi Girls' Senior High School started by the Presbyterian church. Aburi also hosts the Great Adonten senior High School. For post secondary education, you can find the Presbyterian women's college of Education, formally known as PWTC Training college.

Kwahu South District is one of the thirty-three districts in Eastern Region, Ghana. Originally created as an ordinary district assembly in 1988, which was created from the former Kwahu District Council. Later, the southwest part of the district was split off to create Kwahu West District in August 2004 (which it later was elevated to municipal district assembly status on 1 July 2007 (effectively 29 February 2008) to become Kwahu West Municipal District); thus the remaining part has been retained as Kwahu South District. Then the northwest part of the district was split off to create Kwahu East District on 29 February 2008; thus the remaining part has been still retained as Kwahu South District. The district assembly is located in the western part of Eastern Region and has Mpraeso as its capital town.
