La Moraleja, el barrio más caro de Alcobendas
Los inicios de La Moraleja se remontan a principios del siglo XVIII. Entonces, formaba parte de los aledaños de El Pardo, de Patrimonio Rreal. Carlos III lo incluyó entre sus cuarteles denominándola «Dehesa de la Moraleja», situada en el término de Hortaleza, hoy distrito de Madrid, pero hace años pueblo independiente.
En 1946 se desarrolló el plan de ordenación de La Moraleja como conjunto residencial de ciudad jardín. Se trata de un núcleo naturalmente preservado y distinto de su entorno, en el que más del 70% es superficie verde, con valiosas características originales de bosque mediterráneo. El número de habitantes es de unos 12.000 y se considera que cuenta con la mayor concentración de chalets de toda España. Lola Flores, Rocío Jurado, Tita Cervera o David Beckham han sido algunos de los famosos que han vivido durante mucho tiempo en La Moraleja. Conocemos la zona de la mano de Gonzalo, cuya familia tuvo la primera inmobiliaria que se instaló en La Moraleja, y visitamos una de las casas que se venden. ¿El precio? nada más y nada menos que 12 millones de euros.
