Un time-lapse protagonizado por el humedal del Prat de Cabanes-Torreblanca
El vídeo recorre el Prat de Cabanes-Torreblanca, Alcalà de Xivert, Cabanes y Alcossebre.
Es impresionante ver el recorrido aéreo del este time-lapse que nos muestra la espectacularidad del paisaje el Parque Natural del Prat de Cabanes-Torreblanca, un humedal de extraordinario valor ecológico. La cámara capta desde el cielo el cordón de gravas, cantos y depósitos arenosos que lo separa del mar, su aspecto laberíntico, las líneas que forman los caminos, el reflejo del agua. Sin duda una de las zonas más bellas de la costa castellonense, donde también se pueden visitar varias de las antiguas torres de vigía del litoral: la de Capicorb (Alcalà de Xivert), la de Torrenostra (Torreblanca) y Torre la Sal (Cabanes).
Se suceden imágenes a toda velocidad de la entretenida playa de Torreblanca, para dar paso a la localidad de Alcalà de Xivert y su majestuoso campanario, que se levanta imponente dentro de un precioso casco urbano. El Castillo Templario de Xivert, declarado Bien de Interés Cultural, está emplazado en lo alto de la Serra d´Irta, en un enclave desde el cual domina el llano y el mar, y contrasta con el paisaje.
A continuación, el time-lapse pasa por el arco romano de Cabanes, el estandarte de una localidad fundada en época romana como una villa de recreo en la Vía Augusta con el nombre de Ildum. Y finaliza en los diez kilómetros de playas y calas de Alcossebre que se registran desde los espléndidos miradores que ofrecen las montañas.

LOS OLIVOS DE XIVERT CAMPINGPARK RESORT ist Campingplatz und Wohnmobilstellplatz zugleich mit sehr großen Parzellen und sehr geräumigen Straßen innerhalb des gesamten Platzes. Er liegt im Osten Spaniens an der Costa Azahar in Alcalá de Xivert in der Provinz Castellón.
Der großzügig und neu gestaltete Camping Park ist das ganze Jahr geöffnet. Es ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung.
Der Campingplatz verfügt über eine 24-Stunden-Videoüberwachung mit über hundert großzügigen Grundstücken. Die Grundstücke der Kategorien PLUS (ab ca. 120 m2) und SUPERIOR (ab ca. 150 m2) besitzen einen eigenen Stromanschluss sowie eine Kanalisation.
Für kleinere Wohnmobile und Wohnwagen steht die Kategorie CONFORT (ca. 50 m2) zur Verfügung mit einer zentral gelegene Ver- und Entsorgungsstation sowie ein Strom- und Wasseranschluss direkt an jedem Platz.
LOS OLIVOS DE XIVERT liegt zwischen den Bergen und der Küste. Der Strand ist mit dem Fahrzeug in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso der wunderschöne Naturpark. Der Flughafen in Castellón ist nur 23 km entfernt und der Flughafen Valencia ist in ca. 1,5 Stunden erreichbar.
Der Swimmingpool ist saisonal im Sommer geöffnet. Außerdem gibt es ein Restaurant VELA BAR mit einer kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Waschmaschinen/Trockner (gegen Entgelt) und einen Kinderspielplatz.
Für Hundebesitzer gibt es einen abgetrennten Bereich, um die Hunde auszuführen.
Der Campingpark ist außerdem behindertengerecht ausgestattet.
Für sportliche Aktivitäten gibt es drei Boccia Plätze, Sportgeräte im Außenbereich. Ein Fitnessraum mit Geräten, Billard (gegen Entgelt) und Dart gehören ebenfalls dazu.
LOS OLIVOS DE XIVERT befindet sich am Ortsrand und ist ca. 900 m vom Stadtzentrum ALCALÁ DE XIVERT entfernt, wo es ein Gesundheitszentrum, eine Polizeistation (hier gibt es übrigens zwei Ladestationen für Elektrofahrzeuge), Banken, Supermärkte (Consum und DIA), Metzger, Bäckereien, Gemüsehändler, Bars, ein Postamt, einen Blumenladen, mehrere Restaurants, ein Kosmetistudio sowie eine Bus- und Bahnstation uvm. gibt.

Paseo medieval por Castillo de Xivert uno de los castillos más antiguos de la Comunidad Valenciana
Situado en Alcalá de Chivert aunque un poco alejado del pueblo es una fortificación islámica de los siglos X y XI. La ruta es bastante facil y hay acceso por camino un poco accidentado el paisaje te transporta en una época bastante lejana y te hace vivir sentimientos que seguramente se habrán vivido en el lugar. Muy recomendable conocer y realizar esta aventura se puedo realizar con niños o no.

Why You Should Visit Small Towns in SPAIN
Instead of spending the night in the apparent beautiful city of Peñíscola, Valencia, we decided to take a more economical option. We found this hidden gem on booking.com, called Hostal Rosaleda, in the small Valencian town of Alcalá de Xibert. The owner of the Hostal, Rosa, was one of the kind, hospitable, and sweet lady. She made our stay amazing although it was only one night. The room was only 40 euros a night! Here's that experience.

Que ver en Peñíscola (Castellón). Uno de los pueblos más bonitos de la Comunidad Valenciana.
Peñíscola, ubicado en la provincia de Castellón, es uno de los pueblos más bonitos de la Comunidad Valenciana. Situado en un península y rodeado de murallas y de playas de area fina, recomendamos que os acerquéis a conocerlo.
Nosotros lo visitamos en Agosto de 2020 y, a pesar de ser un lugar muy turístico con bastante gente, disfrutamos de su gran encanto e investigamos sobre la historia del Papa Luna, el personaje más célebre que ha habitado esta preciosa localidad. En este video, visitamos su castillo, recorrimos sus callejuelas y descubrimos curiosidades y leyendas de Peñíscola.
Para nosotros Peñíscola es muy completo y sin duda está entre los primeros lugares de los pueblos más bonitos de España.
Pedimos disculpar por poner mal el nombre de Alcalá De Xivert (es con v no con b como aparece en el video). También nos han advertido que la fideuá proviene de la Comunidad Valenciana. Nos dimos cuenta de estos errores cuanto ya habíamos procesado todo el video.

Belmonte is a Spanish municipality of the province of Cuenca , in the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha . It is located at kilometer 342 of the N-420 road , which runs from Cuenca to Alcázar de San Juan , which is the same as that of Córdoba to Tarragona .
The excavations carried out in the Collegiate Church in 1976 due to the collapse of part of the apse, exposed the ruins of an earlier Visigothic church, perhaps of the fifth century, which proves that the population is older than imagined.
Erroneously in some documents it appears with the name of The Huts, when it turns out that from always it was called Bellomonte . In the Bull of Pope Innocent III a Garcia Bishop of Cuenca called Bellomonte, because of the mountain that surrounded the town.
King Enrique II of Castile , on 20-2-1367, in the courts of Burgos , granted him the privilege of villazgo, exempting him from the jurisdiction of Alarcón and granting them the same privilege as that enjoyed by the residents of Castillo de Garcimuñoz . A similar privilege had previously been granted to him by King Pedro I of Castile in 1361.
All this was very important to turn Belmonte into one of the most important towns in the province and was named Head of the Party of the whole region, because there were all the main administrations as well as in the provincial capital that was and is Basin. Some are the courts, the prison that today is the theater of Belmonte.
The castle of Belmonte is a fortress that rises in the hill of San Cristóbal, to the outskirts of the town of Belmonte , to the southwest of the province of Cuenca . It was declared a historical-artistic Monument belonging to the National Artistic Treasury by decree of June 3, 1931. Currently, it is considered as an Asset of Cultural Interest (BIC).
Belmonte Castle is a unique building that, due to its state of preservation, its special structure, and its external appearance, practically the same as it had at the time of its construction, constitutes a valuable heritage treasure. It was built in the second half of the fifteenth century , by order of Don Juan Pacheco , first Marquis of Villena . It was a moment of convulsions and internal struggles in the Kingdom of Castile .

Castellón de la Plana is situated 60km north of Valencia and is easily accessible by train or bus for those who want to spend a day away. We actually preferred to overnight so the level of relaxation almost reached that of the laid-back locals. This is still an undiscovered town where we enjoyed its fair share of squares, the central park and the numerous sculptures all over the historical town centre which is best discovered on foot as it is pedestrianised.
There are some interesting attractions to check like the gothic cathedral of Saint Mary, the Ajuntament(Town Hall from early 18th c.), El Fadrí(bell-tower from 15th c.), the Llotja del Cànem (Hemp Exchange Market, 17th c.), the central market, the Basílica of Santa Maria del Lledó (14-16th c.), the Bishop's Palace (18th c.) and the beach of course. Although I must admit what we enjoyed most was cerveza and tapas at one of the several outdoor café and bars…

Περάσαμε μια μέρα εκεί (υπάρχει συχνή και εύκολη πρόσβαση από Βαλένθια) και αξίζει για τη βόλτα, αν και εμείς διανυκτερεύσαμε, ώστε να έχουμε περισσότερο χρόνο για να περπατήσουμε στους δρόμους του ιστορικού κέντρου, να τσεκάρουμε το κεντρικό πάρκο, πολλές από τις πλατείες της πόλης και κυρίως χαλαρώσαμε, όπως οι ντόπιοι, σε υπαίθρια καφέ και εστιατόρια, ενώ το ότι έχει θάλασσα δίνει στην πόλη έξτρα πόντους.

Südlich von València liegt ein kleines Meer gleich neben dem Mittelmeer. Albufeira - ein Binnensee, eine Süßwasserlagune, die dem heutigen Naturpark Albufera de València seinen Namen gibt. Ein geschützter, wenn auch bedrohter, Raum für Fauna und Flora. Ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel für die Menschen im Großraum València.
Wir besuchen den Parc Natural an einem Sonntagmorgen und erleben, wie sich die lokale Gastronomie auf den mittäglichen Besucheransturm vorbereitet. Bevor es zu belebt wird - die Autoschlange aus Richtung Norden kommt uns entgegen, fahren wir weiter. Unser Ziel ist der nördlich gelegene Parc Natural de la Sierra de Irta, genauer, dessen südlicher Zugang in Alcossebre. Der Park zieht sich über eine Länge von etwa 30 Kilometer nach Norden, bis nach Peñiscola. Die Schotterpiste durch den Naturpark ist für den Ducato weder geeignet noch erlaubt. Wir wandern ein Stück durch die ufernahe Landschaft.
In Alcossebre stehen wir über Nacht am Meeresufer, außerhalb der Saison wird das offenbar toleriert. Am Morgen wollen wir weiter nach Peñiscola. Auf dem Weg dorthin tauchen wir in die Bergwelt der Sierra d'Irta. Ein als Straße ausgewiesener Feldweg führt zur Ruine des Castells d'Alcalà de Xivert. Das ist kein Vergnügen mit dem Camper, es ächzt und knarrt im Auto, dafür ist es nicht gebaut. Besser wäre es, in Alcalà de Xivert zu parken, von dort führt ein guter Wanderweg zur Ruine und in dieses herrliche Wandergebiet. Auch hier machen wir eine kleine Wanderung, nachdem wir uns die Ruine angeschaut und die grenzenlose Aussicht bewundert haben.
Peñiscola empfängt uns mit Regen, aber nur kurz. Danach zieht der Himmel wieder auf und das hoch über der Altstadt gelegene Tempelritter-Castell mit arabischen Wurzeln präsentiert sich im strahlenden Sonnenlicht. Peñiscola hat viele Gesichter, mindestens drei zeigen sich uns: die moderne spanische Kleinstadt mit Gewerbegürtel und erschreckend hässlicher Wohnbebauung, die Touristenmeile entlang der Sandstrände mit den an der spanischen Mittelmeerküste ominpräsenten Hotelbauten und die historische Altstadt mit der Burg. Diese hier beherbergte so gar Papst Benedikt - nein, nicht den Deutschen Joseph Ratzinger, sondern Pedro de Luna - Papa Luna - einen nicht unbedeutenden Gegenpapst während des abendländischen Schismas.
Nachdem wir in Alcossebre freistehen konnten, wählen wir in Peñiscola sicherheitshalber einen Wohnmobilstellplatz in Laufweite zur Innenstadt, um uns mit gutem Gefühl in die Altstadtgassen stürzen zu können.
