➀ Visit Yilankale(Snake Castle)- Great for a day trip away from the city center, be prepared to hike and burn some calories, the reward is at the very top with a view that is priceless.
➁ Eat Famous Kebab- You cant visit Adana without eating Kebab, the city is known for how they prepared, grill and mix their spices with the meat, its an absolute must.
➂ Explore Kapikaya- This canyon is another 2 hour drive much further away from the city center which makes a good trip on the road to see the slow paced life of Adana, this hike trail transforms every 15 minutes so have your camera ready its a beautiful hike.
➃ Sebanci Mosque- The second largest mosque in Turkey, its a masterpiece to see in person, come relax, take photos and overall enjoy, you don't have to be religious to enjoy this spot.

Adana Turkey Tour | Crazy Street Food Tour 4K
I visited Adana on 21st January 2023, which was just two weeks before the huge earthquake that struck South East Turkey. Adana was the first stop of my ten-day tour across the South East of Türkiye where I also visited Gaziantep, Sanliurfa, Harran and Tarsus Mersin. There are many things to do on a short trip to Adana. I visited the iconic Sabancı Merkez Camii mosque, the 2000-year-old historic stone bridge (Taşköprü), and the medical and dental museum.
The Adana clock tower is in the middle of the main market area and close to the Ulu Cami. It is also surrounded by many restaurants that serve the iconic Adana kebab and liver kebab (çiger kebap), as well as salgam (fermented pickled turnip/ purple carrot juice). I also tried the famous Bici Bici dessert which is made using ice shavings and syrup. Adana city really does have the best kebabs in the whole of Turkey - I have had many Adana kebabs, but this was the most authentic and delicious Adana kebab that I ever had!
We stayed in Adana Saray hotel which was within walking distance of the great clock tower, grand ulu mosque and restaurants.
We ate at the Büyüksaat Ciğrcisi & Kebapçısı İBRAHİM USTA which you can easily find just a few minutes walk away from the clock tower (Büyük saat).

To start with our street food tour in Adana, we went to have for breakfast the most extreme toast you'll ever have in Turkey.

As a pre-lunch snack, we found a gentleman selling Baklava and other Turkish sweets on a cart and I decided to stop.

Right next to this restaurant, I saw a guy making helva and he made me try it. It was insanely delicious, so I decided to buy some.
After dinner, we went to have the most crazy and extreme street food I've personally ever seen. We have Mumbar, Iskembe, and much more.
