بارك مول سطيف هو مركز تسوق يقع في مدينة سطيف بالجزائر. يعد بارك مول ، الذي تم افتتاحه في عام 2016 ، بمساحة 143،000 متر مربع ، و الذي يوصف على أنه أكبر مركز تسوق في الجزائر.
يتكون هذا المجمع التجاري من برجان ضخمان يتجاوز ارتفاعهما 85 متر، و يتضمن البارك مول مركزا تجاريا ضخما يتكون من العديد من محلات التسوق متربعة على أكثر من 41 ألف متر مربع و فندق للسلسلة العالمية الكبيرة (ماريوت) ومجموعة مكاتب على مساحة تقارب 14 ألف متر مربع و قاعة للمؤتمرات ب1000 مقعد علاوة على مطاعم بانورامية و بولينغ و حلبة للتزحلق فريدة من نوعها بمساحة 400 متر.
بارك مول بمساحة 14 هكتارا و 41 250 متر مربع مفيدة. يضم الطابق الأول سوبر ماركت Uno من مجموعة Cevital. علامات الطابق الثاني المنازل ، ومخازن الامتياز. الطابق الثالث ، على طول شارع ALN مخصص للترفيه مع ما لا يقل عن 7000 متر مربع من الألعاب والأنشطة الترفيهية للأطفال والبالغين ، قاعة بولينج مساحتها 138 متر مربع مع 10 مسارات ، 6 أكشاك ، كافيتيرين ، ساحة للتزلج على الجليد بمساحة 400 متر مربع مع تراسات ، منطقة سينما 7 D. يضم الطابق الرابع بمساحة 7000 متر مربع 13 مطعمًا يطل على المدينة ، Vivarea Food and Food Court.
يضم البرج الثاني المؤلف من 17 طابقًا فندقًا كبيرًا من فئة 192 غرفة من فئة 4 نجوم في سلسلة ماريوت الدولية. يحتوي البرج المؤلف من 18 طابقًا على مكاتب وخدمات ، يضم آخر 5 طوابق منها حوالي عشرين شقة فاخرة تبلغ مساحتها حوالي 200 متر مربع لكل منها. يضم المنزل المكون من 8 طوابق ما لا يقل عن 28 مكتبًا للأعمال والخدمات. تضم المساحة المجاورة للفندق قاعة مؤتمرات مساحتها 1822 متر مربع. يضم باقي المجمع غرفة اجتماعات وغرفة للياقة البدنية وحوض سباحة. انه الطابق السفلي للمجمع يضم مواقف للسيارات من 4 مستويات ، بسعة إجمالية قدرها 1400 سيارة.
The Park Mall is a shopping center that was opened in 2016. It is located in the city of Setif in Algeria. The Mall occupies an area of 143,000 m2. It is considered the largest shopping center in Algeria.
This mall consists of two huge towers exceeding 85 meters high. The Park Mall includes a huge shopping center consisting of many shopping stores spread over more than 41 thousand square meters, a hotel for the world wide chain (Marriott) and a group of offices on an area of approximately 14 thousand square meters, a one thousand seater conference hall with panoramic restaurants, bowling alleys and a unique 400 meter skating rink.
Park Mall with an area of 14 hectares and 41 250 m² consists of four (4) main floors. The first floor houses a Uno hypermarket of the Cevital group. The second floor houses signs, franchised stores. The third floor, along the avenue of the ALN is intended for recreation with no less than 7 000 m² of games and fun activities for children and adults, 138 m² bowling hall with 10 tracks, 6 kiosks , 2 cafeterias, a 400 m² ice rink with terraces, a cinema area 7 D. The fourth floor with an area of 7000 m² is home to 13 restaurants, which have views of the city, Vivarea Food and Food Court.
The second 17-storey tower houses a large, 192-room, 4-star hotel in the international Marriott chain. The 18-storey tower houses offices and services, the last 5 floors of which house some twenty luxury apartments of nearly 200 m² each. The other 8 floors house no fewer than 28 business and service offices. The space adjacent to the hotel houses a 1,822 m² conference room. The rest of the complex houses a meeting room, a fitness room and a swimming pool. he basement of the complex houses a parking of 4 levels, with a total capacity of 1400 vehicles.
