Gümüşhane'nin Şiran İlçesi'ne bağlı Seydibaba Köyü sınırları içerisinde bulunan Tomara Şelalesi Şiran İlçesi'ne 25 kilometre uzaklıkta bulunmaktadır.Şelale ve çevresinin zengin flora ile oluşturduğu uyumlu peyzajı görülmeye değer güzelliktedir. Dar ve derin bir vadinin içinden akmaya devam eden Tomara şelalesinde kış aylarında oldukça yoğun su akışı olmakla birlikte kurak geçen yaz aylarında kısmen azalır ancak suyu tamamen kesilmemektedir. Şelalenin çevresi dik yamaçlardan oluşmasına karşın çevre halkı tarafından piknik alanı olarak da kullanılmaktadır. Şelale etrafına öncül tesisler yapılmış olup, yolu iyileştirilmiştir. Şelalenin kaynağına, tesislerin girişindeki otoparktan sonra yapımı halen devam eden kesme taşlı yürüyüş yolundan yaklaşık 10 dakika yürüyerek çıkılabilmektedir. Şelale için giriş ücreti alınmamakla birlikte oto parkı ücretlidir. Tomara Şelalesinin girişinde özel şahsa 49 yıllığına kiralanan, gelen ziyaretçilerin taze alabalık yiyebileceği 2011’de hizmete başlayan bir tesis bulunmaktadır.
Bölgede ayrıca her yıl, ilki 2009 da düzenlenen Şiran Tomara Şelalesi Kültür ve Turizm festivali düzenlenmektedir. Bu şenliklerde halk oyunları, Bayraktepe yürüyüşü, kros ve bisiklet yarışmaları, konser, müzik ve eğlence programları gibi faaliyetler yer almaktadır.

Tomara Waterfall ( Tomara Şelalesi ) is reached through the road, which is 14 km southwest of Siran town is located at a distance for 1 km to Seydibaba village.
Tomara Waterfall is formed by the water rich in volume that comes from a source and falls from 8 meters. The water of Tomara waterfall is quite cold. Waterfall area surrounded by green plants such as hornbeam, hazel, oak trees forms an amazing view.
The untouched natural surrounding of Seydibaba village which is full of orchards and vegetable gardens, makes a perfect campsite. The vitality and simplicity of nature beckons for you to sit and enjoy.
