This is the town of Kemalpaşa, Turkey. It is about 10 km from the Georgian border, and is one of the destinations for Georgians to go and buy products, such as clothes, washing detergent, etc, at a cheaper price. This is, at the time of this filming, also where the Burger King closest to Georgia is (but not in this video, just an FYI).
