Shanghai Tourist Spots: We took the train from Xiuyan Road to Metro Line 8 China Art Museum Station. My husband and I walked around the Expo Area, strolled at Shangnan Road and just enjoyed the scenery of Pudong by the Huangpu River. It was a relaxing and nice sightseeing tour.

Driving in China Highway 6X:G16 Danxi Expressway From Dandong To Panjin 中國高速公路 從丹東到盤錦

This journey starts from Dandong City, Liaoning Province, China, and enters the expressway from Dagushan Toll Station. After a short passage through the G11 Heida Expressway, it passes to the G16 Danxi Expressway, passing through Dandong City, Anshan City, Yingkou City, Panjin City, The Panjinnan Toll Station in Panjin City left the expressway and took a break at the Xiuyan Service Area.
The road conditions are very good. It is a two-lane highway with a speed limit of 100 km/h in the previous section. After entering Panjin City, the speed limit is 120 km/h. The Dandong and Anshan sections are high-speed mountainous areas with many slopes and tunnels. The Panjin section is a flat source for the Liaohe River, and the road is flat and straight. In the initial stage of driving, due to driving in the eastern part of Liaoning Province, the planting is abundant and the greening is good. Therefore, the air is fresh and the scenery is beautiful. After entering Yingkou and Panjin City, the visibility of the air is reduced, and the scenery on both sides of the road is slightly less than the first half.
In terms of weather, rainfall is on the way to departure. The rainfall on the individual roads is large, the roads have more water, and the vehicles are easy to slip, which is not easy to control.
There are fewer large trucks in the whole journey, mostly small passenger cars, because it is the tourist season, and there are more tourist buses. No truck congestion occurred.

這段路程由中國遼寧省丹東市出發，由大孤山收費站進入高速，短暫的經過G11鶴大高速後，轉到G16丹錫高速，經過丹東市，鞍山市，營口市，盤錦市，在盤錦市的盤錦南收費站駛離高速，途中在岫岩服務區稍事休息。
全程路況很好，為兩車道高速，前一段限速為100公里/小時，進入盤錦市後，限速為120公里/小時。丹東、鞍山路段為山區高速，坡路、隧道較多，盤錦段為遼河衝擊平源，道路又平又直。行駛初始階段，因行駛在遼寧東部，植備豐富，綠化較好，因此空氣清新，景色優美，進入營口、盤錦市界後，空氣能見度下降，道路兩側景緻稍遜前半段。
天氣方面，出發時正在降雨，個別路段雨量較大，路面流水較多，車輛易打滑，不容易控制。
全程大貨車較少，多為小型客車，因為是旅遊季節，旅遊巴士也較多。沒有貨車擁堵情況發生。

The Taipei Grand Trail:
I wake up early in the morning at 4 am and take a shower and prayer. At 5 o'clock my friend, Eric came and we take a taxi to HSR Taichung. Almost at 6:40 am we reached Train station Taipei from there we take MRT to Guandu MRT station. Guandu station is our gathering point where we eat our breakfast and start our journey. we taking the following route for hiking,
Guandu MRT Station → Xiuyan Road → Mt. Zhongyi Trail → Xiaopingding Road → Guizikeng Trail (‘běi’ character) → Xiqingque Trail →Chinglien Temple → Mount Datun main peak → Lianfeng Trail → Miantian Ping → Erziping Trail → Eziping Visitor Centre
It's almost 13 Km distance and I cover it in 6 hours 38 minutes. My friends are professional climbers so they cover it in 5 hours and 30 minutes. Although it was a little bit tough for me due to dehydration and too many stairs with beautiful scenery boost me to climb and at last, I was completely full of fun and excitement.
