UYGHUR Dance-Pool in Yarkant, Xinjiang - Real Uyghur life | S2, EP40
This Episode is about a city called Shache, or Yarkant in Uyghur language, in the province of Xinjiang. After finishing our roadtrip in Tibet, we finally reached Shache after the crazy adventures on national highway G219. Yarkant is a predominantly Ughyur city with a real middle eastern vibe. We went to the night market and enjoyed some great food followed by a dancing pool with a local dance.
We eventually just joined them dancing.

驢肉：
驢肉可食用，甚至美味程度，竟有天上龍肉，地下驢肉一詞形容。性味甘涼。 高蛋白，低脂肪。 高氨基酸，低膽固醇。中藥亦有以煉驢皮做為藥材的阿膠。
聚龍村：
聚龍村，又稱“鄺家村”，位於中國廣州市荔灣區沖口街芳村大道東聚興大街。始建於清光緒五年（1879年），光緒十五年（1889年）建成，由廣東台山籍鄺氏一族，投資白銀5.8萬兩，到廣州近郊所建。 是廣州市區目前發現的唯一保存較完整的清末民居群。
鄺伍臣：又名鄺敬賡。 創辦了“鄺美南兄弟鞋廠”、“天元茶樓”、“同珍茶葉店”。
鄺覺明：祖籍廣東省台山縣，清末的舉人。 經營皮具生意，在廣州太平南路（今人民南路）置有商鋪10多間。 創辦了“中美大藥房”、“穗香園”等商鋪。
鄺衡石：聚龍村21號樓主人，成為清朝末民國初年顯赫一時的“黃金鉅子”，在香港創辦“麗興金鋪”，字修均，祖籍廣東省臺山縣。 創辦了“麗興金鋪”。
鄺其照：別號蓉階，祖籍廣東臺山，出生於清道光廿三年（1843年）。 曾任清朝政府派駐新加坡的商務領事、駐美商務參贊助理等職。
Donkey meat:
Donkey meat is edible and even as delicious as dragon meat in the sky and donkey meat in the underground. Sweet and cool in nature and flavor. High protein, low fat. High in amino acids, low in cholesterol. Among Chinese medicinal materials, donkey skin is also made into donkey hide gelatin.
Julong Village:
Julong Village, also known as Kuang Village, is located on Juxing Street, east of Fangcun Avenue, Chongkou Street, Liwan District, Guangzhou, China. It was first built in the fifth year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty (1879) and completed in the fifteenth year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu (1889). It was built by the Kuang family from Taishan, Guangdong, who invested 58,000 taels of silver in the suburbs of Guangzhou. It is the only relatively complete residential complex of the late Qing Dynasty discovered in Guangzhou.
Kuang Wuchen:
Also known as Kuang Jingeng. He founded Kuang Meinan Brothers Shoe Factory, Tian Yuan Tea House, and Tong Zhen Tea Shop.
Kuang Jueming:
With ancestral roots in Taishan County, Guangdong Province, he was a juren (scholar) in the late Qing Dynasty. He was engaged in the leather goods business and owned more than 10 shops on Taiping South Road (now Renmin South Road) in Guangzhou. He founded China America Pharmacy and Sui Xiang Garden among other businesses.
Kuang Hengshi:
The owner of Building 21 in Julong Village, he became a prominent gold tycoon in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China. He founded Li Xing Gold Shop in Hong Kong. His courtesy name was Xiujun, and his ancestral home was Taishan County, Guangdong Province. He founded Li Xing Gold Shop.
Kuang Qizhao:
Also known as Rongjie, with ancestral roots in Taishan, Guangdong, he was born in the 23rd year of the Daoguang Emperor's reign (1843). He served as a commercial consul dispatched by the Qing government to Singapore and as an assistant commercial counselor to the United States.

市師雞的由來，那一段所謂的」愛情故事「傳聞實在太過廣為流傳地被津津樂道，不說也罷。
倒是根據一段週穎康的訪談裡提到，其祖父週我國，於民國10年，即1921年，與摯友王馨合股在如今北京路西側的書院街成立“馨記”，辛亥革命後，國民 政府在越秀書院街設立“市立師範學院”，簡稱市師。
「馨記」白切雞是用雞骨熬煮的湯浸製而成，斬件去大骨，配蜆蠔醬、薑蓉、因雞味醇和，皮脆肉滑，深受市民喜愛，因 地頭現成，以「市師雞」命名，並口耳相傳，名聲遠播。
「馨記市師雞」第二代傳人是周我國的兒子周大可，週穎康說周大可曾任鹿鳴酒家、越秀山聽雨軒總廚。
既以”市師範學院“的由來為名，我想起廣州是1918年成立市政公所，1921年才設市的，為此，特意查過“市立師範學院”、“廣東省立廣州女子師範學校” 的選址、遷址等校史，市立師範學校，以雙門底原粵秀書院舊址（雙門底的名字幾次更迭，從永清路到永漢路，上世紀60年代正式叫做北京路 ）為校址，於1921年10月12日開學。

Xinji white-cut chicken is soaked in soup made from chicken bones. It is cut into pieces and the large bones are removed. It is served with clam sauce and ginger paste. Because of the mellow chicken flavor, crispy skin and smooth meat, it is deeply loved by the public. The land was ready, named after Shishiji, and spread by word of mouth, and its reputation spread far and wide.
The second generation descendant of Xinji Shishiji is Zhou Dake, the son of Zhou Wuguo. Zhou Yingkang said that Zhou Dake was the chef of Luming Restaurant and Yuexiu Mountain Tingyuxuan.
Since the name Municipal Normal College comes from, I remembered that Guangzhou was established as a municipal office in 1918 and was only established as a city in 1921. For this reason, I specifically checked Municipal Normal College and Guangdong Provincial Guangzhou Women's Normal School The school history of site selection and relocation, Municipal Normal School, is based on the original site of Shuangmendi Yuexiu Academy (the name of Shuangmendi changed several times, from Yongqing Road to Yonghan Road, and was officially called Beijing Road in the 1960s) ) is the school site and opened on October 12, 1921.

Last week I was in Nanjing and I had the opportunity to visit this spending place, this is Xinjizhou, an amazing preservation project that recovered an abandoned Island and transformed it into a natural reserve that is now preserving several species of plants and animals and that is now a scientific research base. The most impressive part was the dramatic transformation and recovery of this space!

清暉園位於廣東省佛山市順德區，建於清嘉慶年間。 為廣東四大名園之一，嶺南園林的代表。 1989年列入廣東省文物保護單位名錄（3-54），2013年3月列入第七批全國重點文物保護單位，為國家AAAA級旅遊景區。
清暉園原址原為黃氏花園。 明朝萬歷三十五年（1607年）順德杏壇鎮人黃士俊高中狀元，官至禮部尚書、大學士。 為了光宗耀祖，於天啟元年，在城南門外的鳳山腳下建造了黃家祠和天章閣、靈阿之閣。 清乾隆年間，黃家衰落，庭院荒廢。 當地龍氏碧鑑海支系21世龍應時得中進士，將天章閣、靈阿之閣購買。 該院歸龍家後，由龍應時傳與其子龍廷槐和龍廷梓，後來廷槐、廷梓分家，庭院的中間部分歸龍廷槐，而左右兩側為龍廷梓所得。 龍廷梓將歸他的左、右兩部分庭院建成以居室為主的庭園，稱為“龍太常花園”和“楚薌園”，人們俗稱左、右花園，南側的龍太常花園 在園主衰落後，賣給了曾秋樵，其子曾棟在此經營蠶種生意，掛上「廣大」的招牌，故又稱廣大園。
龍廷槐字澳堂，於乾隆五十三年（1788年）考中進士，曾任翰林編修，記名禦史。 嘉慶五年（1800年）辭官南歸，居家建園。 嘉慶十一年（1806年），其子龍元任請了江蘇武進進士，書法家李兆洛書寫了「清暉園」三字書餘園的正門上方，以喻父母之恩如日光和煦照耀。 園林經龍應時、龍廷槐、龍元任、龍景燦、龍渚惠等五代人多次修建，逐漸形成了格局完整而又富有特色的嶺南園林。
清暉園佔地約5.1畝（0.34公頃），分為三個景區：南園方池，為園中水景區，主建築有澄漪亭、六角亭、碧溪草堂，以木製通花 裝飾的連廊與裝飾有嶺南佳果的濱水遊廊連接；中園有船廳、惜陰書屋、真硯齋，花亭、獅子山等園林小築，掩映在綠雲深處，周圍廳敞 欄疏，徑暢台淨，濃蔭匝地，是園內景色最集中的遊覽區；北園以竹苑為代表，建築較為密集，樓屋櫛比，假山迎面，修篁夾道，巷院兼通， 是園主們日常生活起居之所。
清暉園的造園特色首先在於園林的實用性，為適合南方炎熱氣候，形成前疏後密，前低後高的獨特佈局，但疏而不空，密而不塞，建築造型輕巧靈活， 開敞通透。 其園林空間組合是透過各種小空間來襯托突出庭院中的水庭大空間，造園的重點圍繞著水亭作文章，整個園林空間主次分明，結構清晰。 其治園藝術，也表現在大量使用鏤空木雕花板、花罩、磚雕等裝飾工藝以及巧布玉堂春、紫藤、素馨花等古樹名木上。

Qinghui Garden is located in Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province and was built during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty. It is one of the four famous gardens in Guangdong and a representative of Lingnan gardens. It was included in the Guangdong Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units List (3-54) in 1989. In March 2013, it was included in the seventh batch of national key cultural relics protection units. It is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.
The original site of Qinghui Garden was Huang's Garden. In the 35th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1607), Huang Shijun, a native of Xingtan Town, Shunde, was the top scholar in high school, and became the Minister of Rites and a bachelor. In order to honor the ancestors, in the first year of Tianqi, the Huang Family Ancestral Hall, Tianzhang Pavilion and Linga Pavilion were built at the foot of Fengshan Mountain outside the south gate of the city. During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, the Huang family declined and the courtyard was abandoned. The 21st generation Long Ying of the Bijianhai branch of the local Long family was selected as a Jinshi at the right time and purchased Tianzhang Pavilion and Ling'a Pavilion. After the courtyard returned to the Long family, it was passed down by Long Yingshi to his sons Long Tinghuai and Long Tingzi. Later, Tinghuai and Tingzi separated. The middle part of the courtyard belonged to Long Tinghuai, while the left and right sides were owned by Long Tingzi. Long Tingzi built the left and right courtyards that belonged to him into gardens mainly for living rooms, called Long Taichang Garden and Chu Xiang Garden. People commonly call them the left and right gardens, and the Long Taichang Garden on the south side. After the owner of the garden declined, it was sold to Zeng Qiuqiao. His son Zeng Dong ran a silkworm breeding business here and put up a signboard of Guangda, so it was also called Guangda Garden.
Long Tinghuai, named Aotang, passed the Jinshi examination in the 53rd year of Qianlong's reign (1788). He served as editor of the Hanlin Academy and was named as the imperial censor. In the fifth year of Jiaqing (1800), he resigned and returned south to build a garden at home. In the 11th year of Jiaqing (1806), his son Long Yuan was appointed as a Jinshi in Wujin, Jiangsu Province. The calligrapher Li Zhaoluo wrote the three characters Qinghui Garden above the main entrance of Yuyuan to symbolize the kindness of his parents shining like the warm sunshine.
