3 day trip with two inflatable kayaks (Gumotex Helios 1 and Swing 1) from Turin to Valenza in early March 2019. Whitewater class 0, 1 and 2.

We travelled by car from Germany to Turin where we have parked close to our starting point. From Valenza we got back to the car by train and taxi (from Turin train station to San Mauro).
Description of the River (German):
The water level was low but still runnable without problems. The water level was at Torino Murrazi 0.35 m, San Sebastiano 0.95 m, Crescentino 0,85 m, Valenza -0,35 m. You can find the values here:

The land area of this village is about 25.9 sq.km. The nearest city to Tagliolo is Ovada. If you visit Tagliolo, you have to come via Ovada.
This attractive village is about 315m from the sea level. You can see the historical palaces and the buildings in the older version. They are still as it is.
The town of Ovada is on the border of the Stara valley at the foot of the Apennine mountain range. The old city of Italy is still in place. The population of the city is approximately 11484 and this 35sq.km. the town is located 186 feet above sea level.

Viaggio a Spinetta Marengo (AL) - Journey to Spinetta Marengo (Alessandria, Italy)
Spinetta Marengo è una frazione di Alessandria, con 7.337 abitanti. Fu teatro della famosa battaglia tra l'esercito di Napoleone e quello austriaco, con vittoria finale dei francesi, il 14 giugno 1800. In onore della battaglia, all'interno di Villa Delavo, fu fondato un museo. E' presente una stazione ferroviaria (linea Alessandria-Piacenza). Su questo canale sono disponibili diversi video dei due passaggi a livello di Spinetta Marengo - Spinetta Marengo is a fraction of Alessandria, with 7.337 inhabitants. It was the scene of the famous battle between Napoleon's army and the Austrian army, with the final victory of the French on 14 June 1800. In honor of the battle, a museum was founded inside Villa Delavo. There is a railway station (Alessandria-Piacenza line). On this channel there are several videos of the two level crossings of Spinetta Marengo.
