One of Bicol's scenic roads and a favorite spot for travelers and riders. This road is an alternative route going to the province of Albay. You will pass by several famous beach resorts and spots along the way.
ISLAND PARADISE in Philippines
We visited an island paradise in Philippines. One of the best day trips from Bantayan Island is to visit Virgin Island, also known as Sillon Island. Beautiful shallow clear turquoise water where you can snorkel, white sand beaches, lush palm trees, this island is a tropical paradise. Our boat trip also included snorkeling near Hilantagaan, which was a bit disappointing but overall it was still a great day. Virgin Island is a must visit when you’re on Bantayan Island.
The boat tour costs 1,500 PHP for Virgin Island + Snorkelling with no time limit. The Virgin Island only boat tour with a limit of 4 hours is 1,200 PHP. The cost is for the entire boat so if you’re in a group it would be cheaper per person. The fee when you arrive on Virgin Island is 200 PHP per person.

KOICA Tagas Mangrove Eco Park is located at Brgy. Tagas in San Jose, Camarines Sur. It is a 1 1/2 hour drive from Naga City. When commuting, ride a bus going to Lagonoy and tell the driver to stop at the crossing of Tigaon and Salogon. From there, habal-habal drivers are waiting and just tell them that you will go to KOICA Eco Park (Fare is ₱40-50, price is negotiable). From there, you will be asked to pay for the entrance fee of ₱10 and if you will use a cottage, half-day is ₱250 and whole day is ₱500. It is surely worth the price as it has a nearby beach that will complete your experience.

Legazpi Boulevard is like the Baywalk of Manila, a 3 km walk along the shoreline will surely drench you with sweat. We did not have the energy to do that and did only a 1 km walk and finished the 2 km with a motorcycle ride.
We featured in this video Embarcadero, Sawangan Park, and its food night market, and rode the motorcycle at night up to the endpoint of the boulevard.
This episode was taken with a Samsung a50 and DJI gimbal as stabilizers.
