Rare look at weird isolated towns of western Maine
Remarkable road trip from Millinocket to Wilton, Maine on a Fall day. The route I took passes through a series of small, isolated towns that each boast their own unique history and character. I explored a town that isn't on Google Maps, saw some unusual and unexplained sculptures, went shopping for thrift store clothes, and explored the many layers of an area most people will never get to visit.

In this video we drive down south from Quebec, crossing the border into the USA. Heading south on the scenic Old Canada Road route 201, we drive through mountain snow into the small town of Skowhegan, the state capital of Augusta and finally Maine's largest city, Portland. Portlands top sites are the Portland Head Lighhouse and old town historic district/downtown.
