Lanying Grand Canyon is located in Yintiaoling, a national nature reserve, east of Wushan County, Chongqing, north of Shenlongjia, Hubei Province, from Yintiaoling (Lanying Village) to Yangxi River (Dachang Town, Wushan County), with a panoramic view of Tongcheng Town, Lanying Township, and Shuangyang Township in Wuxi County, Chongqing, 20 kilometers away from Wuxi County. The canyon is more than 100 kilometers long, with the narrowest part of the valley only 13 meters, an average depth of more than 1,500 meters, and the deepest depth of more than 2,400 meters. It is known as the deepest valley in Asia.
The canyon has a unique landform and rich wild charm. It is a karst landscape gallery with high waterfalls, dangerous peaks, strange mountains, strange rocks, clear water, secluded caves, rare birds and animals. The canyon has three core landscapes: the beauty of the Chinese painting mountain, the danger of the tiger's mouth, and the splendor of red leaves. There are scenic spots such as the Hanging Wall Sky Road, the Lanying Goddess, the Divine Turtle Embracing the Moon, and the Reclining Buddha Yinfeng. The most beautiful season of the year in the Lanying Grand Canyon is late autumn, when the mountains and canyons are decorated with colorful leaves and are particularly charming. Being in it is like the magnificent momentum of Chinese paintings.
The Lanying Grand Canyon Hanging Wall Road is a well-known tourist attraction in the scenic area and is known as China's most beautiful hanging wall road. The road cuts through the cliffs on the east side of the canyon. It is narrow and winding. It is 1,200 meters long and less than 3 meters wide. One side is close to the steep cliff, and the other side is a deep abyss, like a jade belt binding the tiger's mouth of the cliff.

兰英大峡谷挂壁天路是该景区知名旅游景点，被誉为“中国最美挂壁公路”。天路切挂峡谷东侧绝壁，蜿蜒狭窄，全长1200米，宽度不足3米，一边紧贴陡崖，一边万丈深渊，如同玉带般束缚着崖壁“老虎嘴”。

古猗园初名猗园，为明万历年间河南通判闵士籍所建，由明代嘉定竹刻名家朱三松设计布置，以“十亩之园，五亩之宅”的规模，内筑亭、台、楼、阁，立柱、椽子、长廊都刻有千姿百态的竹景图案。
期间几经过手后，清乾隆十一年（1746年）冬，洞庭山人叶锦购得猗园并重修和改建，并更名古漪园。
乾隆五十三年（1788年），古漪园被再次更换主人并改建。
咸丰十年至同治元年（1860～1862年）间，因太平军和清军作战，古漪园再次被修建并成为行业集市。
民国二十一年（1932年）“一·二八”事变，日军于3月3日占领南翔，古漪园在日军撤离的时候遭到破坏。
之后几经破坏、再建、破坏、再建，
至文革时期曾改名为南翔公园，
1977年恢复古漪园的园名。
古漪园的经历可谓非常坎坷，是南翔历史的写照。

Introduction/介绍:上海宁波路：黄浦区,靠近外滩。许多宁波人都晓得，上海有条“宁波路”，它处在市中心的繁华地段。它的命名并非随意为之，浅探一下，可以看出不少名堂来。

先从南京路说起，沪上各马路以它命名为最早。因上海开埠是根据道光二十二年(即1849年)《江宁条约》，江宁，外国人均称为南京。以租界中最宽大之马路，初次定名就叫“南京”。这与外国人纪念之意颇符。此端既开，其他的马路都仿效了，多以中国著名的城市来命名。
这些路名，沿用至今。从东西方向来看，南京路以南的二、三、四、五马路分别叫九江路、汉口路、福州路、广东路。再朝南京路的北面算起，这三条马路依次为天津路、宁波路、北京路。不难发现，上面提到的这些城市，多数是沿海沿长江的口岸，水路交通便利，贸易发达。其中福州、宁波为“五口通商”之地。近代宁波人对于上海的影响与发展，扯开去，就漫无边际了。这里且说上海曾经有过两条“宁波路”。
19世纪中叶设租界后，上海同时有两条“宁波路”。一条是公共租界的“宁波路”，它是公共租界用中国行政地名命名的马路，即现在的宁波路，一般称为“英租界”宁波路。另一条是法租界的“宁波路”，因那里有个四明公所而得名，为示区分，又叫作“法租界宁波路”，也就是现在的淮海东路。
提到四明公所，略讲几句。从明末开始已有不少宁波人从海路进入上海。到了嘉庆二年(1797年)，旅沪宁波人中的翘楚钱随、费元圭、潘凤占、王秉刚等人倡导，发起“一文愿捐”的活动，旅沪宁波人每日输送一钱，历年积累，便在上海北门外，买了30多亩地皮。开始时，按宁波人的风俗办理人身善后诸事，又逐年增建扩大。这是一页不容淡写的历史。当年公所不仅是一府所组织的会馆的典型，其规模的巨大，势力的旺盛，可说在上海各同乡会馆中首屈一指。到了1849年，法租界建立，四明公所的地产全部划进租界。当时的法国人还不明白这四明公所到底是什么机构，就把它叫作“宁波神庙”，把门前的那段路叫作“宁波路”了。
这是一块与宁波人结下不解之缘的土地。1874年发生了上海史上“第一次四明公所血案”，它的导火线是就是租界当局的“越界筑路”，要强行霸占公所土地，后经上海人和旅沪宁波人的反抗，才不再侵犯四明公所。但到了1897年时，法租界又找藉口强行拆除四明公所，制造了“第2次四明公所血案”。上海的宁波人和上海市民又一次与法租界展开了坚决的斗争。法租界又一次保证不再侵犯四明公所地产。
一百几十年过去了，现在申城许多地方推倒重来，而四明公所的门楼不但保留下来，而且更为鲜明突出了。门楼砖墙新涂了紫红色，门匾上从左至右镌刻着“四明公所”四个字，为苍劲有力的魏碑体，添了金色，墙上有一方汉白玉铭牌，注明是上海人民反抗外来侵略者的英勇史迹之地。看看这拱型的老弄堂门楼，再抬头望附近的一幢幢高楼，会给你一种穿越时空的神秘感觉。
回到今天的“宁波路”，它在南京路步行街的旁边。记得那里曾有个露天小菜场，许多的弄堂石库门。这条路名已命名了一个多世纪，作为宁波人，经过此路，倍感亲切。
