Milano 2 (Milano Due) is a residential centre in the Italian town of Segrate (Province of Milan). It was built as a new town by Silvio Berlusconi in the 1970s.
The main peculiarity of Milano 2 is its walkability: A system of walkways, cycle paths and bridges connects the whole neighbourhood so that it is possible to walk around without ever intersecting with vehicular traffic. It was marketed as a residential neighbourhood for families of the upper middle class with children.
Work started on the project in 1969 and was completed in 1979. Distinctive landmarks of the complex include the sporting facilities, a small artificial lake (il laghetto), children's and adult's playgrounds, and lots of green areas so you can also think to live inside a park.

Dormivamo nel lago di Braies quando alle 5.29 del mattino è scoppiato l'inverter, faccio dei collegamenti per alimentare il nostro frigo alla batteria EcoFlow e chiamiamo Angelo per sapere dove si trova, abbiamo bisogno di aiuto per sostituire l'inverter, loro si trovano in zona Milano, siamo obbligati ad abbandonare le Dolomiti, dopo un viaggio lunghissimo e una coda infinita raggiungiamo Segrate dove dormiamo in un parcheggio in città ma durante la notte veniamo svegliati da una tempesta che ci spaventa a morte.
