Magical Lake Atitlan Guatemala Travel Guide 4K

In this Lake Atitlan travel guide we explore 5 villages around the lake. Including Santiago De Atitlan, San Juan La Laguna, Santa Catarina, San Antonio Palopo and Panajachel. I would say this is the best place to visit in Guatemala because there are many villages to explore around the lake and culture to explore. But best of all is probably going to be the incredible natural beauty and scenery of the lake Atitlan.

There are a few towns around the lake also worth mentioning but we did not go. Such as San Marcos, which is popular with new age explorers, San Pedro La Laguna with foreign tourist and San Lucas for its proximity outside of the lake region to the Pacific Ocean. Our travel guide is from Santa Cruz La Laguna and says that one is the best. If you can get around to many of the towns and villages you will certainly feel culturally enriched and as if you really met the Mayan people.

Our Gear:
We travel with a Microsoft Surface everywhere we go. I edit my videos on it & use it to backup my pictures and vides while we travel. It’s light and the best travel laptop on the market in my opinion.

We use Sony Alpha series cameras to film our videos. They are compact so you don’t look like a super tourist when you take great pictures and videos while you travel.

We use Manfrotto Tripods. They are compact, travel well, and honestly I would not use another tripod for my nice cameras.

Travel Plug that works in pretty much any country & has four USB ports. A must for any traveler.

Want to grab some great gear? We have used Osprey Packs for years & swear by them. Check them out here

Bolivia Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia

Bolivia – Welcome to the “Rooftop of the World” where you can experience breathtaking landscapes, ancient civilizations and colorful wildlife. Check out the best things to see and do in Bolivia.
When ready, browse vacation packages to Bolivia:

A #vacation to #Bolivia, a landlocked South American country, holds the promise of discovery for adventurous souls. While pretty Sucre is Bolivia’s judicial capital, La Paz is its political capital and also its main tourist hub.

Journey high to the Mirador Laikacota for city views. Deep in the valley below #visit the central Plaza Murillo, home to the most precious buildings: the Presidential Palace, National Congress and Metropolitan Cathedral. Stay near the Plaza San Francisco for its proximity to hidden gems, such as the curious Witches’ Market, the Musical Instrument Museum and the Coca Museum.

Bolivia is a diamond in the rough; relatively undeveloped, but extremely authentic, colorful and cultural. Bolivia’s riches shine through in the country’s high altiplanos, its floating reed islands on Lake Titicaca, the silver mines of Potosi, the infinite salt flats of the Salar de Uyuni and the untamed tropical lowlands in the vast Amazon basin.

For now, we hope you enjoy watching this #travel #guide as much as we enjoyed making it.

Ecuador Road Trip: CUENCA to GUALAQUIZA in the Amazon

I love our Ecuador road trips because they always surprise me and this one from Cuenca to the Amazon was everything and nothing like I expected.

You can support my work at where I share tips that don't make it to videos and behind the scenes content.

I'm calling this southern Amazon road trip a light Amazon trip as we're not doing anything crazy. We're sticking to the towns to see what they are like. Gualaquiza is the largest town in the Morona Santiago province and is mostly generations down of Cuencanos who moved here 60 years ago. I think traveling in this part of the Amazon may surprise you.

Expats and locals have been telling us to visit Cuenca ever since we got to Ecuador, so we finally did! We discovered there are lots of awesome things to do in Cuenca, Ecuador, and in this video we bring you around the city and show you our favourite things to do in Cuenca in one day! The city is really easy to navigate and is full of beautiful colours, cafes, and museums. There is no shortage of places to visit and things to see, so in this video we visit as many as we can in one day (plus a little extra, but we explain that in the video).

We start off by getting Mico a traditional limpia which he says hurt a little but also felt refreshing, and then we show you around la Catedral de la Inmaculada Concepcion (the Cathedral of Immaculate Conception), the flower market, Mercado 10 de Agosto, a Panama hat shop, and Pumapungo Museum to see the shrunken heads, all while eating delicious food along the way! If you are wondering what to do in Cuenca or what to see in 24 hours in Cuenca, then stay tuned!

10 Best South American Cities for Digital Nomads

A few weeks ago, I saw this quote on LinkedIn: The new American Dream is earning a US Salary while living in Latin America.

Not only is there a high number of digital nomads traveling again after the pandemic, but many companies have also sped up the process of offering remote working positions and are open to hiring freelancers. And if you work for a company in North America, living in Latin America is an excellent choice due to the time zone.

And after doing some research, I came up with my top 10 destinations in South America for remote workers and digital nomads.
