Exploring Cedar Creek With Kids | Samford, Brisbane | Family Travel Vlog
Check out our favourite place in Brisbane to get out and explore nature, Cedar Creek.
The best place to access the creek is via the Andy Williams Park, which has carparks, BBQs, picnic tables and toilet facilities. It is approximately, 10mins / 7.5km long Cedar Creek Road from the turn off from Mount Samson Rd at Closeburn.
Cedar Creek is a beautiful spot for picnics with family and friends and simply exploring the creek beds and rock pools. It's particularly great for kids who can be a little adventurous climbing over the rocks and waddling through the water.
Bring swimmers or a change of clothes as well as shoes that you don't mind getting wet, as the rocky creek beds can be a little rough underfoot.

In particular, we wanted to see the 10th Asia Pacific Triennial of Contemporary Art (APT10) exhibition. It's made up of 69 projects from more than 150 individuals from 30 countries. It includes works of art that are highly personal, deeply political and full of joy.
