Bishop Auckland. Kynren, The Castle & Town. (4K Drone Footage)
Bishop Auckland is a market town and civil parish in County Durham, north east England, 12 miles (19 km) northwest of Darlington, 12 miles (19 km) southwest of Durham and 5 miles (8 km) southeast of Crook, at the confluence of the River Wear with its tributary the River Gaunless. At the 2001 census, Bishop Auckland had a population of 24,392.
Much of the town's early history surrounds the Bishops of Durham and the establishment of a hunting lodge, which later became Auckland Castle, the main residence of the Bishops of Durham. This link with the Bishops of Durham is reflected in the first part of the town's name.
During the Industrial Revolution, the town grew rapidly as coal mining took hold as an important industry. The subsequent decline of the coal mining industry in the late twentieth century has been blamed for a fall in the town's fortunes in other sectors. Today, the largest sector of employment in the town is manufacturing.

Worksop Walk: Town Centre【4K】
Located in the county of Nottinghamshire, and around 25 miles north of Nottingham, is the town of Worksop.
A settlement has existed in Worksop since at least Norman times. In the Domesday Book of 1086 it is recorded as 'Werchesope'. The name comes from 'Weorc', an Old English person's name, and 'hop', meaning valley or enclosure.
Geographically Worksop is situated on the River Ryton at the northern edge of Sherwood Forest in the Bassetlaw district of Nottinghamshire at the northern end of the county. In 1296 it was granted a town charter during the reign of Edward I.
In 1777 the Chesterfield Canal opened, which passed through Worksop. This paved the way for growth in the town as industries emerged. Worksop's economy at this time mostly revolved around agriculture. The town was to be transformed with the discovery of coal in the area. The first coal mine was Shireoaks Colliery, which opened in 1859. The mining industry would provide employment to Worksop up until the 1990s when the pits eventually closed.
Today Worksop's economy revolves mostly around the service industry. It is situated roughly between Nottingham, Sheffield and Lincoln, making it practical for commuting purposes for those employed outside of the town.
Famous people from Worksop include football manager Graham Taylor, musician John Parr and golfer Lee Westwood.

“We all have that one friend who is either on a road trip or planning a road-trip or thinking about a road-trip or talking to people who are on a road-trip or posting quotes, pictures and videos about road trips.”
Here comes another video of your road trip.
It's just a short trip of about 10 mins from Oak Close in Baginton to Asda london.
We took this short trip to show you the new road layout between Baginton and Coventry.. it's really beautiful and there's very little traffic around there. We recommend you yo visit Baginton.
Here is the little story of Baginton Village.
Over Two Millennia
The story of the village, hall, and the church revolves largely around the three families that held the manor for long periods of time - the Ensors and Herthills, the Bagots, and the Bromleys All three families have left something important still to be seen in the church. The Domesday book, although recording Baginton under the name of Badechitone, does not mention a church. Although there is an indirect reference in a grant of land about 1150, it is first mentioned specifically in the reign of Henry Il (1154-1189) as a chapel attached to the church at Stoneleigh, when that church was given to Kenilworth Priory.
Nothing of this chapel (or earlier buildings) remains, and the present building was built (or reconstructed) in the thirteenth century. The village suffered various setbacks in the Middle Ages. In 1205, it was pledged to the Jews of Northampton, and it seems to have required royal influence to restore it. Later it was the scene of an early strike when the bakers of Coventry contumaciously refusing to be ruled by the Mayor's order, with one accord departed from the city and took refuge at Baginton, leaving the people destitute for bread. ln the thirteenth century, the manor included 12 villeins and 12 freeholders, which is 24 families excluding the castle.
The second half of the century, Baginton started to lose many of the services that were fast disappearing from most small rural communities. The school closed in 1976. The last rector at Baginton Church left in 1960, and the village policeman left soon after. Baginton currently continues as a community proud of its past and secure in its future. It has ceased to be the isolated rural community of former centuries, but it has remained an identifiable community and looks set to remain so in the 21st century.
From 1981 Baginton parish was part of the combined benefice of Stoneleigh with Ashow in the Deanery of Kenilworth then, from 2002 was combined with Ryton and Bubbenhall in the Rugby Deanery and the patron of the combined benefice is now the Bishop of Coventry and Lord Leigh jointly.
Thank you for reading. See you all in our next episode.

Walking with my Dog : Ryton Pools
A walk around Ryton Pools near Coventry with my dog Bailey.
The park was a set of fields until 1965 when the land was purchased and used as a landfill site for the nearby towns of Leamington Spa, Rugby and Coventry. Waste was dumped there for 27 years until 1992 when work started on developing part of the site into a country park, which included the flooding of the pits. The park officially opened in 1996 with over 2,500 trees and shrubs being planted. In the late 1990s the remainder of the landfill site was filled in and new pools were created.
Nearby walks to other woods are also accessible directly from the park.
