10 Best New Mexico Road Trip stops-. White Sands, Carlsbad Caverns & more

3:02 White Sands National Park
22:20 New Mexico space Museum
25:30 3 Rivers Petroglyph Site
36:12 Carlsbad Caverns National Park
50:10 Guadalupe Mts. National Park
1:00:00 Roswell UFO Museum

1:29:09 Jemez Pueblo
1:32:34 Bandelier National Monument
1:42:57 Rio Grande Gorge Bridge
1:44:43 Capulin Volcano National Monument
New Mexico's parks are less crowded many other western parks but still have stunning scenery. On this trip we drive from South to North. Starting by exploring 3 of the least visited National Parks in the country- White Sands, Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mts..
In Alamogordo we visit New Mexico's Space History Museum and see rockets tested at the nearby missile range.
We go to one of my favorite places- 3 Rivers Petroglyphs site to hike among 20,000 ancient rock carvings and meet a blind lady in her 70 who enjoys hiking!
On the road north we go to the UFO museum in Roswell. And then walk on a Lava Field at the Valley of Fires BLM camping area, before visiting the Trinity Site.
In Albuquerque we visit the 4 sites of Petroglyph Monument including a volcano field! While looking at a map I saw a marker for Coronado State Park, so we make an unscheduled stop to see the remains an old adobe village on the Rio Grande where Spanish Conquistador Coronado once stayed- until the battle.
We make a quick stop at a stone church built in 1621. On our way to Super Volcano- or at least its remains-- Valles Caldera.
The highlight of the northern part of the trip is the cliff dwellings at Bandelier National Monument. We visit the cliff houses and see the nearby stone village.
We make a quick stop in Santa Fe and another in Taos before flying over the spectacular Rio Grande Gorge Bridge before our final stop on top of a cinder cone volcano and Capulin Volcano National Monument.
PUENTE de OJUELA, Mapimí, DURANGO in 4K! | MEXICO'S GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE? | Mexico Travel 2021 🇲🇽
PUENTE de OJUELA, MAPIMÍ, DURANGO - Welcome to another The Tao of David Mexico video! Are you ready for Mexico's ultimate adventure? In this Mexico travel 2021 video we leave Torreón from the previous video and head to Puente de Ojuela near the Pueblo Mágico or Mapimí, high in the mountains and the location of a ghost town (Pueblo Fantasma) and mine dating back the 1500s. It can be reached from Gomez Palacio, Durango or Torreón, Coahuila, however there are no buses. How I got there -
- Taxi from Soriana (supermercado) in Gomez Palacio (80mxn if full, 320 if solo) approx 40 mins
- Truck from entrance (350mxn one way)
- Hitched a ride back
- Arranged for driver to pick me up at a specified time to return to Gomez Palacio
The bridge at the old mining town of Ojuela is one of the many ghost towns in Mexico is one of the gems of Travel Durango. It was built to allow access to the mine where various minerals were extracted. It was designed by the Roebling brothers, who also designed the Brooklyn Bridge in New York. It's also said that this wooden suspension bridge provided inspiration for The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco! Is this Mexico's Golden Gate Bridge?
If you're thinking about moving to Mexico or becoming one of the increasing number of expats in Mexico, your choices aren't limited to popular areas like Guanajuato, San Miguel de Allende, Cancun or Puerto Vallarta. Durango/Coahuila are states that, granted, you'll need to be able to speak Spanish in, but the city and state has so much to offer, just as much as those other places!

You can take this video as a guide but please be aware to take some precaution and do your own research about road conditions / road blocks etc. before you go. Please make sure to avoid driving at night and plan your travel schedule accordingly!

Zihuatanejo Mexico is AMAZING! (TRAVEL GUIDE)
Zihuatanejo Mexico more commonly referred to as Zihua is a beautiful fishing village/beach town located in the state of Guerrero Mexico on the Pacific Ocean. You may see the name Ixtapa Zihuatanejo - which refers to the two neighboring towns, Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo but in this Mexico travel vlog we are just going to be focusing on Zihuatanejo.
If you’re looking for what to do in Zihuatanejo, things to do in Zihuatanejo, restaurants in Zihuatanejo or wondering about Zihuatanejo fishing or the Zihuatanejo beaches like Playa Las Gatas, Playa la Ropa, and Playa Madera - we cover a lot of that in this Zihua video. And if the name Zihuatanejo sounds familiar but you just can’t figure it out its possible you know it from the movie The Shawshank Redemption.
Zihuatanejo Mexico has captured our hearts and we think it will yours too! #zihuatanejo

TOP THINGS TO DO IN MEXICO - VISIT PUEBLA - THE CITY OF 1000 CHURCHES
Mexico is one of the NUMBER 1 TOURIST DESTINATION for tourists around the world. There is just so much to see, soo many amazing cities to visit.
Out of all the cities that we visited in Mexico, Puebla was my favorite one, we had an amazing time there. This incredible city holds the record for the most churches and chappals per capita of any other city in the world. At times it felt like there was a church literally in every block as we walked down the street.
The best part about it is that they are all unique, built at different points over the 400-plus years since the spanish arrived in Mexico and each built with different styles, so it was hard to choose the best ones.
We spent 4 months traveling around Mexico and put together this series of videos reviewing the TOP CITIES TO VISIT and the TOP THINGS TO DO in each one of them.
Come with us and explore!

Puente de Dios | Best Hikes in Mexico | English | Hidden Water Pools | Subtitles | Mexico
Today we are hiking in Mexico, and this is one the best places to hike there.
God's Bridge also called Puente de Dios (Puente de Dios Huasteca Potosina) is a magical place. Here you can hike about an hour down to some beautiful waterfalls in the Sierra Gorda region of Mexico.
When you arrive the locals will try and make you pay for a guide to take you along the way. We gave them a couple bucks and they allowed us to go ourselves - it is very straightforward and easy to follow.
The path runs along a stream or river. You follow both paths on the ground and elevated. At the end there are several waterfalls!
This is one of the best hikes in Mexico, and one of the Top hikes in Mexico!
Please note, this video is in English, not Spanish but there are subtitles. There are English subtitles, French Subtitles and Spanish subtitles.
Here you can find the bridge and hidden water pools. This place is off the beaten path and has a secret waterfall!
Here we accept the gas prices in Mexico and go explore an off the beaten path location. Turns out it was so beautiful with its secret waterfall! This really is a great place to promote Mexico Tourism.

This Mexican town is SO COOL!!
We're on a quest to see what Queretaro, Mexico has to offer. Today's vlog brought us to the historic center, a local vineyard, and the magic town Bernal.

Looking for what to do in Queretaro? In today's Mexico vlog, we're in Queretaro, Queretaro ready to take advantage of the gorgeous 75-degree weather on this late July day. That's what brought us to a tasty breakfast at Pia in the historic center of Queretaro before going for a road trip to one of the many vineyards within a 1-hour drive from the city.
Our first stop is a local vineyard called Finca Sala Vivé by Friexenet. After having a few glasses of wine and exploring the vineyard, we make the 20-minute drive to the Pueblo Mágico (Magic Town) called Bernal. This town is so charming with artisanal products, handicrafts, walking streets, and the stunning monolith.

Welcome to the Huasteca Potosina - Mexico's Best Hidden Gem!? | Tamasopo Waterfalls & Puente de Dios
Hey everyone! Welcome to the Huasteca Potosina - Mexico's best hidden gem! In the first video of this series we'll be exploring the Tamasopo Waterfalls & Puente de Dios (Bridge of God)!
This is an area of Mexico we were very excited to visit as it is way off the standard tourist trail (we honestly felt like the only foreigners there at times!) and is also one of Mexico's most lush and beautiful regions! We've got a bunch of videos planned for this series and we can't wait to show you more of this stunning and often overlooked area of Mexico!
Enjoy the video :)
