50 Things to do in Paris, France | Top Attractions Travel Guide Travel Video Transcript:
Hello, and welcome to Paris. This week we are exploring the city of love, city of lights and city of art. This video will be showing you the top 50 things to do while you visit Paris.
So we're wrapping things up here. What would be your one tip for visiting Paris? Well, I have recently spent a whole ten days here in summer. I would say that if you really want to visit the art galleries, the museums and all of the main attractions you should probably avoid summer and like either come in the spring or the fall or even winter. Because the lines are insane and sometimes you have to wait like an hour and a half or two hours.
So how about you? What are your final thoughts on Paris? So my finals thoughts is obviously Paris is one of the top cities in the world in terms of attractions. There is going to be garbage, there is going to be lines, there is going to be some areas that are a bit of an eyesore. But there is also a lot of beauty and there is also a lot to do here.
And that concludes our guide of the top 50 things to do and see in Paris. We hope you enjoyed watching, and let us know if there are other places you would add to this list.
This is part of our Travel in France series showcasing French culture, French arts, French foods & French cuisine.

(GB) The commune is situated on the Rhône River and is the site of a historical crossing, hence its name.
The Ardèche River flows into the Rhône, just to the north of the bridge. Pont-Saint-Esprit is famous as the town of origin of Michel Bouvier, a cabinetmaker, who was the ancestor of John Vernou Bouvier III, father of Jacqueline Kennedy.
An outbreak of disease marked by acute psychotic episodes and various physical symptoms occurred in summer 1951 in Pont-Saint-Esprit, which caused more than 250 cases, 7 deaths, and 50 persons admitted to asylums. The alimentary intoxications, which affected other parts of France but were the most serious in Pont-Saint-Esprit, were traced to damned bread (pain maudit). Some misidentified the mass-poisoning as ergotism (which included sensationalist popular accounts attempting to link the poisonings with LSD, which is made from alkaloids in ergot).
In a book published in the United States in late 2009, the journalist Hank Albarelli incidentally says he pierced the mystery. The crisis experienced by madness Pont-Saint-Esprit came from a secret experiment on the effects of LSD conducted jointly by the U.S. military and CIA.

What to do in Aredche France?
Located between the Ardèche river and the Cèze valley, the Grand Site de l'Aven d'Orgnac can be found just 15 kilometers away from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and 8 kilometers from Barjac, France.
Breathtaking, mystic, and magnificent - the subterranean landscapes of Aven d'Orgnac have mesmerized many, and today we are inviting you on an incredible journey under Orgnac-l'Aven.
Aven d'Orgnac is one of France's most notable tourist sites marked with a label of the local Ministry of Environment since 2004. Anyway, the place's history starts a hundred million years ago when the limestone rocks and their odd shapes were initially formed.
Nowadays, the Aven d'Orgnac cave is world-famous for its unique system of underground chambers with stunning crystalline formations. So, are you ready to take off?
The Robert de Joly Chamber
At some 50 meters below the ground, this chamber stretches out for over 10,000 square meters. Under the 30 meter-high natural limestone roof, you will discover a fine natural spectacle: a rocky landscape with thousands of different crystallizations - some enormous, and some remarkably fragile. The most emblematic form in this chamber is the Pine Cone, which reaches 11 meters high above the floor level.
The Chaos Chamber
Next, at 100 meters below the surface, The Chaos Chamber will reveal another set of limestone formations, sculptured by water for millions of years. This chamber is genuinely a natural show-off - with multiple illuminated sections and natural purple, ochre, and brown shades playing with the imagination.
The Red Chamber
Finally - at -121 meters - the red Chamber will be the last stop during your underground journey at Aven d'Orgnac. Its opening gallery was hollowed out by a subterranean river that used to flow here over six million years ago. The good news? It looks just as poetic as it sounds. The massive cave pillars are complemented by a human-made sound and light show that furtherly enhances the stunning majesty of Aven d'Orgnac.
Individuals and groups will be welcome to join the professionally guided tours around the chambers. You are guaranteed to be totally safe and deeply inspired - by what nature is capable of and by how men managed to make it somehow even better.

France by Bicycle | PART 22: AVIGNON
We spend a day just enjoying the sites of Avignon, an ancient and very beautiful city, getting a look over the Rhône and the Pont Saint-Bénézet, AKA the Pont d’Avignon, checking out the papal palace, and spending an afternoon with a nice Cote du Rhône. The following day we cross back over the Rhône and make our way north, along the Via Rhône. We discovered a beautiful trail and sublime French scenery, full of green fields and golden-stoned villages, with many Rhône crossings on elegant old bridges until we reached Pont-Saint-Esprit, our town for the night and the name also of the very long bridge which dates back 700 years. An absolutely perfect day of riding!
