Pahokee is the third and final video of the three cities of the Glades that I filmed while I was down here, and life in Pahokee is much like what life is like in both Belle Glade and South Bay.

Lake Okeechobee, Florida: Exploring the Scenic Path
In this video, join Gar and Ann from 2gethersomewhere spend the day exploring the Lake Okeechobee Scenic Path (LOST), where many use it daily as a walking, hiking or biking trail. Lake Okeechobee is the largest lake in Florida and is the 7th largest lake in the USA. The lake also has a unique path around it called the Lake Okeechobee Scenic Path, which is built on the Herbert Hoover Dike for 110 miles. This path is part of a larger Florida national Scenic Trail, which extends between Miami and Pensacola, Florida for 1000 miles. After exploring the the northern part of the Lake Okeechobee Scenic path, and seeing a 10- foot alligator, Gar and Ann return home, stop to eat at a Vietnamese restaurant and then take their dog, Lucky out to a local dog beach for a swim.
