Syyskuussa 2022 teimme autolla mielenkiintoisen kuvausreissun Savon radalle. Matka alkoi Kouvolasta, josta edettiin pohjoiseen Mikkelin, Pieksämäen ja Kuopion ohi edelleen Lapinlahdelle ja Iisalmeen. Reissun lopussa poikkesimme myös Siilinjärvi-Viinijärvi -radalla Liperissä ja Outokummussa. Tämä neliosainen videosarja esittelee matkan varrella nähtyjä junia.
Sarjan viimeinen osa sisältää tavarajunia Outokummun ja Sysmäjärven seudulla Viinijärvi-Siilinjärvi -rataosalla. Satuimme todistamaan myös mäkeenjääntiä, kun T 58678 jäi jumiin mäkeen ilmeisesti märän kiskonpinnan takia. Vuonoksen päivystäjän Dv12-pari tuli noin puolen tunnin kuluttua työntämään junaa perästä käsin, jotta se pääsi mäen ylös.
