DUBROVNIK, CROATIA (2023) | 10 BEST Things To Do In & Around Dubrovnik
Dubrovnik is located in the south of Croatia and is relatively isolated from the rest of the country due to a small nook of Bosnia & Herzegovina that intersects the land connection. For centuries, Dubrovnik was an independent republic thriving through extensive trade with other maritime ports. However, the city also suffered attacks, of which the early 90’s war was the most devastating one. Today, Dubrovnik is considered the most picturesque city on the Dalmatian coast thanks to its stunning architecture, beautiful scenery, and ancient walls that once protected the republic. In this video, we highlight 10 of the best things to do in and around Dubrovnik:

Things To Do On HVAR Island, Croatia | TOP 10
Things To Do on HVAR Island Croatia. Hvar Top 10 Travel Guide. I will show you my favourite 10 Things To Do In Hvar, Croatia. I’m Rok and I’ve spent last 8 years travelling around Europe as a tour guide. I will take you around amazing Hvar island to show you my favourite places.
Top 10 Things To Do on HVAR:
00:00 - Introduction to Hvar
00:58 - 10. Napoleon Fortress - Napoljun
During the Napoleonic wars French built a fort on the top of the hill above Hvar town. Obviously it was named after the Napoleon himself. Today this is the seat of the Hvar Observatory and a place where you can get the most epic view of Hvar town and its surrounding islands.
02:00 - 9. Stari Grad Plain
Oldest cultural landscape on Hvar that has remained intact over 24 centuries that is part of Unesco World Heritage Sites. It was colonised by ancient Greeks and they started growing olives and vineyards that remained the same to this day.
02:56 - 8.Jelsa
One of Hvar's charming small towns with old churches and beautiful waterfront. Squares are surrounded by old stone houses and it is easy to find a nice coffee place or dinner while admiring the Seaview with nearby islands.
04:34 - 7. Sveta Nedilja
Despite modern tourism Hvar still has remote, small and picturesque villages that seems to be stuck in time. This village sits under the highest mountain on the island and is facing the sea. It has stone wall houses, a church, a school and mini market. Above the village are vineyards famous for its strong red vine called Plavac.
If you feel like exploring you can take a walk above the village where you will find a large cave opening with interesting old ruins of the 16 century monastery.
06:19 - 6. Stari Grad
The oldest town on Hvar and possibly the oldest town in Croatia founded by the ancient Greeks more than 2400 years ago. It has magical squares, winding stone streets and beautiful waterfront. And it also has very interesting historical buildings like Dominican monastery from 14 hundreds and small renaissance castle build by famous Croatian poet.
08:28 - 5. Hvar fortress - Spanish Fort - Fortica
Fortress above the town built in 12 hundreds when Hvar came under the Venetian rule and became the main town on the island. The fort developed over time and it served as a shelter for towns population, when in 16 century the Ottoman army burned the town to the ground. The name of the fortress derives from the fact that it was mainly build by Spanish engineers.
09:50 - 4. Franciscan Monastery
More than 550 years old monastery is one of the finest buildings on the island. It was built by the Nobility and Sea Commanders as testament to their gratitude for many lives saved at sea near Hvar. It is still a working monastery with two monks, interesting small museum and great artwork.
11:05 - 3. Paklinski or Pakleni islands
Gorgeous chain of wooded isles that stretches out right in front of Hvar town. The name of the archipelago derives from word paklina, a melted down pine resin that was once harvested here to waterproof boats. Islands are a real magnet thanks to its many beautiful and remote coves, great beaches, bars and restaurants.
12:20 - 2. Hvar town
Hvar town is the true heart of the island that bears the same name. It is the capital and largest settlement with charming old stone streets and squares, amazing Venetian architecture and lively waterfront promenade strip. There is a good reason why there are so many exclusive yachts here.
15:05 - 1. Best Beaches
The number one reason why people visit Hvar are its beaches and crystal clear blue Adriatic Sea that offers beautiful swimming experience. It would be a shame to try and pack all the best beaches in this video. That is why there will be a separate video dedicated only to the top beaches in Hvar island. Don’t forget to check it out.

The ULTIMATE Travel Guide: Hvar, Croatia
Hvar Croatia Travel Guide, Hvar Croatia Tour, Hvar Croatia Travel
The island of Hvar famous for cocktails parties, and a lavish nightlife located along Croatia's Dalmatian coastline has very distinctive characteristics for that area. With 2800 sunshine hours a year, it is also Croatia’s sunniest spot.
But what attracts tourists the most to this picturesque island is its sumptuous coastal lifestyle. Pine forests cover the hill side of the island with vineyards, olive groves, fruit orchards and lavender fields. The island has a large fertile coastal plain and fresh water springs. If you’re looking for a vibrant place that’s both peaceful and fancy then this island will be worth your while.

SPLIT, CROATIA (2023) | 10 BEST Things To Do In & Around Split
Split is located in western Croatia along the Dalmatian coast. As Croatia’s second largest city, it’s always buzzing with life and has been for thousands of years. Split was put on the map by the emperor Diocletian, who had his palace built here between 295 and 305. After his death, the palace was continuously used throughout history by different civilizations, like the Romans, Byzantines, and Venetians. Today, life continues between the old city walls and it’s one of the reasons why travelers visit. But Split’s unique setting between the dramatic coastal mountains and the turquoise waters of the Adriatic Sea also make it an ideal vacation hub. In this video, we’ll highlight 10 amazing things to do in and around Split.

How to spend 5 Days in Zadar ? | 5-Day Itinerary for Zadar: Exploring Croatia's Hidden Gems
Here is the perfect PLAN :
[Day 1 - Explore Zadar]
On day one, explore the beautiful city of Zadar. Start your day by taking a walk around the old town and its ancient Roman ruins, including the Roman Forum and St. Donatus Church. In the evening, I recommend heading to the Sea Organ, a unique and fascinating attraction that produces beautiful music from the waves of the sea. The Sea Organ is especially beautiful at sunset, when the sky turns orange and the sea reflects the colors of the sky.
[Day 2 - Krka National Park]
On day two, I suggest that you take a day trip to Krka National Park, which is located about an hour's drive from Zadar. Krka National Park is famous for its beautiful waterfalls and crystal-clear lakes. Take a dip in the refreshing water, or take a hike along the park's many trails. Don't forget to bring your camera, as the views are truly breathtaking.
[Day 3 - Boat Tour to Nearby Islands]
On day three, I highly recommend taking a boat tour to some of the nearby islands. Zadar is surrounded by dozens of small islands, each with its own unique character and charm. I suggest visiting Ugljan Island and its picturesque village of Muline, which offers stunning beaches and crystal-clear water. Relax on the beach, enjoy a swim, or take a walk around the village to explore its hidden corners. You can also visit the nearby island of Pasman if you have time.
[Day 4 - Dugi Otok Island]
On Day 4, I highly recommend taking a trip to Dugi Otok Island, which is located just off the coast of Zadar. This stunning island has plenty to offer, from historic lighthouses to pristine beaches. Start your day by visiting the Velirat lighthouse, which is the tallest lighthouse in the Adriatic and offers breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding islands. From there, head over to the Sunken Ship S. Michelle, a popular diving spot where you can explore the wreckage of a World War II-era vessel. Next, make your way to Sakarun Beach, which is known for its crystal-clear water and soft, white sand. It's the perfect place to relax, swim, and soak up the sun. After spending some time at the beach, make your way to the secluded Velizal Beach, which is only accessible by boat. This hidden gem is a must-see for anyone visiting Dugi Otok Island, with its crystal-clear water and peaceful atmosphere. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the island. Finally, end your day by watching the sunset at the Veli Rat lighthouse, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding islands. It's a perfect end to a perfect day on Dugi Otok Island.
[Day 5 - Nin Village and Queen Beach]
On the final day, I recommend visiting the charming village of Nin and its famous Queen Beach. Nin is a historic town with a beautiful old town and a rich cultural heritage. Queen Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, with crystal-clear water and golden sand. Relax on the beach, go for a swim, or explore the town's many sights and attractions.
