在本期视频中，我来到了中国西安的东仓门老街。位于陕西省西安市和平门和文昌门之间、古城墙脚下的这条老街每天早上都会出现一个热闹的早市，这个早市也是西安最具代表性的城区早市之一。它不仅是当地居民民们享用早餐、购买新鲜食材和日常生活用品的重要场所，更是西安历史文化的重要载体。
这里也是西安特色美食的精华浓缩和荟萃之地，如甑糕、菜团、菜卷、浆水鱼鱼、肉夹馍、菜盒、浆水搅团、油茶麻花、油糕、胡辣汤、两搅等，而当地居民在洒满晨光的的露天食肆开心的享用早点更是这个早市的一大特色。

UNIQUE MUSLIM Community in Central China, the most hospitable people we have met | S2, EP45
In this video Flo and I are on our way to Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. We have left Lanzhou and the Hexi Corridor and entered the Loess Plateau until we finally reached the Tibetan Plateau in southern Gansu Province. In the region between the Loess and Tibetan plateau, and the population is predominately muslim. We stopped in a small Muslim town called for the first time Dongxiang, and made an amazing experience with Dongxiang People. They were one of the most hospitable we have met on our journey together. Dongxiang people belong to the Hui ethnicity which officially is one of the 56 ethnicities in China. Every village has an own mosque, which have a really unique style. The mosques reflect a mixture of Islamic and traditional Chinese style. We have never seen something like that before. In the end we finally reached Gannan Tibetan Autonomous prefecture, which is a kind of its own... but this we will reveal in the next video :)

中國西安鄉鎮趕集，爆米花大行其道，爆破現場震撼有氣氛，大刀切麵皮氣勢滂薄，麵食種類變化多端，吃法花樣百出，煎炸小吃層出不窮，物價低廉，食品美味，一個令人垂涎三尺之地！
本期影片，我來到了中國西安市東部的一個小鎮。清晨的第一抹陽光，照亮了這個小鎮的市場。這裡沒有高樓大廈，卻氤氳著濃濃的鄉土氣息，這裡沒有現代化的高端的大商場，卻洋溢著質樸的煙火氣。
在市場的街道邊上，售賣西安傳統面皮和蕎麥面的攤販隨處可見，他們握著巨大的切刀熟練地切出整齊一致的麵條；而從事傳統爆米花製作的攤販們，一次又一次吹響口哨，讓整個市場充滿了生機，他們大多都是年過六旬的長者，具有非常豐富的爆米花製作經驗，有的已經製作爆米花超過20年。
在市場的中央空曠區域，是一個露天美食區，各式各樣的麵食，琳琅滿目，讓人垂涎欲滴。熱騰騰的豬肉包子，筋道的牛肉泡饃，鮮辣清爽的涼麵，味道奇特又濃郁的醬拌蕎麥面，韭菜煎餅等等都讓人迫不及待地想要品嘗。
這裡你幾乎看不到雇主，但這裡似乎也不存在失業。市場里的人們，勤勞樸實、樂觀善良。每個人都有一手謀生的技能，靠著自己的雙手創造著美好生活。

Twenty kilometers away from the narrowest city in the world - Yanjin, lies Doushazhen, a beautiful small town on the mountainside. I decided to climb up a mountain and discovered a narrow pathway that's carved into the cliff, right next to the abyss!
Locals use it on a daily basis, and just walk there as if everything is okay..
For me however, it was perhaps the scariest walk in my life.
People are so friendly, and this unknown little town also has great food too, they make everything so fresh...

“神都”洛阳，中国八大古都之一，华夏五千年文明肇始之地。这里北通幽燕，西接秦陇，东达海岱，南至江淮，自古就被称为“天下之中”，是元代之前中国正统王朝约定俗成的首都或者陪都。
每天早上6:30到中午12点，在洛阳涧西区的向阳路上就会出现一处便民早市。这个早市经营的品种简直可以媲美山东的大集了：衣服鞋帽，床单被罩，米面粮油，肉蛋果蔬，还有几个极有洛阳地方特色的早餐店。洛阳老城的生活节奏很慢，附近的居民不慌不忙的在晨光中逛逛早市，聊聊家常，下下棋，理理发，采购下一天的蔬菜水果，生活就是这样的悠闲自在。

One day in TAINAN! (8 Things to do in Taiwan's Historic Capital)
We visited Tainan, Taiwan which is Taiwan's oldest city and reputed to have the best food in the entire country! So made a vlog of some of the best things to do in Tainan - many of which you guys recommended! This includes the Anping District, as well as some of Tainan's delicious food, historic temples & forts, and an amazing cultural experience in the oldest city in Taiwan!
(We did not properly film it, but we liked Tainan so much we stayed an extra day and ate allllll the food! Definitely recommend a visit! :D)

1. Head to the Anping District - which is rich in history and used to be known as Dayuan, which is the origin of the name Taiwan! Neat, huh!?
2. See nature taking back over at the historic Anping Tree House.
3. Visit Fort Zeelandia to learn a bit about Taiwan's history.
4. Shop at the Anping Old Street - said to be the oldest street in Taiwan!
5. Try some of Tainan's legendary food! (Seriously, it's SO good we stayed an extra day lol!)
6. Explore one of the best preserved areas in Taiwan, Shennong Street, for historic buildings and cool tourist goods!
7. Appreciate the Grand Mazu Temple, which is reputed to be Taiwan's oldest temple!
8. Learn more about Taiwan's ties to Dutch history at Chikan Tower, AKA Fort Provintia
