Peramiho kuna shule na hospitali nzuri pamoja na monasteri.
Pia ni makao makuu ya parokia ya Peramiho ambayo ina vigango vifuatavyo: Parangu, Lilambo, Likuyu, Mwanamonga, Litowa, Nakahuga, Sinai, Maposeni, Mdunduwalo na Morogoro.

One of the Old Churches I visited in Tanzania is the Kibosho Catholic Church, located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro.
It has an amazing structure and is one of the largest Churches in the Kilimanjaro region and Tanzania in general. It is now 130 years old.
It is built entirely of stone and was built by the Germans in 1893.
