Street Food Heaven in Amman, Jordan 🇯🇴 (so cheap)

YO GUYS, WELCOME TO AMMAN - THE CAPITAL OF JORDAN! On my second day in Amman, I tried some of the best & cheapest street food places in Amman. The first one is Salaheddine Bakery. They are known for their amazing Sesame Bread Sandwich and it is literally mouthwatering. They are open 24/7 and especially for breakfast I can recommend this place. You will not regret it! The second spot is Al Quds Falafel. This institution exists since 1966 and is well known in the city. They basically just serve Falafel & Falafel Sandwiches. Al Quds is located directly on the famous Rainbow Street in Amman. If you love Falafel as much as I do then this is your go-to place! Enjoy my foodies :)

JordanالأردنAmmanعَمّانVisit-1

this informative video is shared for public, trave Jordan الأردن Amman visit-1.Amman Arabic: عَمّان‎ amman pronounced is the capital and largest city of Jordan and the country's economic, political and cultural center With a population of 4,007,526, Amman is the largest city in the Levant region and the fifth-largest city in the Arab world.it is considered to be among the most modernized Arab cities and a major tourist destination.amman, the capital of Jordan, is a modern city with numerous ancient ruins. Atop Jabal al-Qala’a hill, the historic Citadel includes the pillars of the Roman Temple of Hercules and the 8th-century Umayyad Palace complex, known for its grand dome. Built into a different downtown hillside, the Roman Theater is a 6,000-capacity, 2nd-century stone amphitheater offering occasional events.
The earliest evidence of settlement in Amman is in a Neolithic site known as 'Ain Ghazal, where some of the oldest human statues ever found dating to 7250 BC were uncovered. During the Iron Age, the city was known as Ammon, home to the Kingdom of the Ammonites. It was named Philadelphia during its Greek and Roman periods, and was finally called Amman during the Islamic period. For much of the early and middle Islamic periods (7th–14th centuries) it served as a center for the Balqa district of Syria. Afterward Amman was a largely abandoned site until the late 19th century when Circassian immigrants were settled there by the Ottoman Empire in 1878. The first municipal council was established in 1909.[9] Amman witnessed rapid growth after its designation as trans jordan's capital in 1921, and after several successive waves of refugees: Palestinians in 1948 and 1967; Iraqis in 1990 and 2003; and Syrians since 2011. It was initially built on seven hills but now spans over 19 hills combining 27 districts, which are administered by the Greater Amman Municipality headed by its mayor Yousef Shawarbeh. Areas of Amman have gained their names from either the hills (Jabal) or the valleys (Wadi) they occupy, such as Jabal Lweibdeh and Wadi Abdoun. East Amman is predominantly filled with historic sites that frequently host cultural activities, while West Amman is more modern and serves as the economic center of the city.
Approximately two million visitors arrived in Amman in 2014, which made it the 93rd most visited city in the world and the 5th most visited Arab city. Amman has a relatively fast growing economy, & it is ranked Beta on the global city index. Moreover, it was named one of the Middle East and North Africa's best cities according to economic, labor, environmental, and sociocultural factors. The city is among the most popular locations in the Arab world for multinational corporations to set up their regional offices, alongside Doha and only behind Dubai. It is expected that in the next 10 years these three cities will capture the largest share of multinational corporation activity in the region.kmho vlog

What to Do in Jordan|An Introduction to the Hashemite Kingdom| Travel with Tani #travel #withme

*Video Editor Kevin Franklin of KMG Photos/Videography

***
Who’s Afraid of a Kick A$$ Solo Trip??? An Introductory Guide to Jordan for Female/All Travelers
Is it safe? Do you have to cover your head? These are normally the first questions that I am asked after I tell someone that I took a solo trip to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Yes, Jordan is considerably safe and no, it is not a requirement for you to cover your head for religious reasons. My trip, in September, to the Kingdom of Jordan was actually my second independent endeavor to this paradise of red sand. So, I am more than happy to share the must-sees and the must do’s of the desert Kingdom of Jordon.
The Must-Sees
1. If you are staying in Jordan for at least three days and plan to explore, I recommend purchasing the Jordan Pass. The Jordan pass will save you money and includes your visa fee of $56 and the entry costs to a variety of tourist attractions.

2. The seaside town of Aqaba is a snorkeler’s and diver’s paradise. Aqaba sits on the Red Sea in the southern part of the Jordan and is ideal for water enthusiasts. If you need a hotel recommendation for Aqaba, I stayed at the Al Manara, a Luxury Collection, which is part of the Marriott family.

3. After you explore Aqaba, the next stop is the Wadi Rum Protected Area. During the day you can explore Wadi Rum with a local and knowledgeable Bedouin guide. A four-hour tour will provide ample exploration time and the tour will conclude with an amazing sunset. Spending the night at a Bedouin Camp will be the climax to an exhilarating day. I stayed at the Memories Aicha Luxury Camp. The service, staff, and food were all impeccable.

Yes, Jordan is in a tough neighborhood and the block is definitely hot! But there is always that one neighbor who will pick up your Amazon Prime packages, keep an eye on your house while you are on vacation, and even feed your cat. The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is that hospitable neighbor in the Middle East and will magically float, dive, and trek your worries away in a sea of culture.
Happy travels! Stay safe and explore like a Boss!
