bati ng mga kaibigan ko. ito ay mapa ng magagandang bisaya. Ang Visayas , o ang mga Isla ng Bisaya (Visaya: Kabisay-an, lokal [kabiˈsajʔan]; Tagalog: Kabisayaan locally , ay isa sa tatlong pangunahing heograpikal na dibisyon ng Pilipinas, kasama ang Luzon at Mindanao. Matatagpuan sa gitnang bahagi ng kapuluan , ito ay binubuo ng ilang mga isla, pangunahin ang nakapalibot sa Visayan Sea, bagama't ang Visayas ay itinuturing din na hilagang-silangan na dulo ng buong Sulu Sea. Ang mga naninirahan dito ay ang mga mamamayang Bisaya.
Ang mga pangunahing isla ng Visayas ay Panay, Negros, Cebu, Bohol, Leyte at Samar. Maaaring kabilang din sa rehiyon ang mga lalawigan ng Palawan, Romblon, at Masbate na ang mga populasyon ay kinikilala bilang Bisaya at ang mga wika ay mas malapit na nauugnay sa ibang mga wikang Bisaya kaysa sa mga pangunahing wika ng Luzon. pasensya na. comment po kayo kung nakapunta na kayo sa visayas. nagpapatuloy..
May tatlong administratibong rehiyon sa Visayas: Western Visayas (pop. 7.9 milyon), Central Visayas (8 milyon) at Silangang Visayas (4.5 milyon). Umiral ang Negros Island Region mula 2015 hanggang 2017, na naghihiwalay sa Negros Occidental at sa kabisera nito na Bacolod mula sa Western Visayas at Negros Oriental mula sa Central Visayas. Ang rehiyon ay natunaw mula noon.
Ang eksaktong kahulugan ng pangalan ng Visayas ay hindi alam gayunpaman ang salita mismo ay nagmula sa Sanskrit. Ang salitang Bisaya ay unang naidokumento sa mga mapagkukunang Espanyol na tumutukoy lamang sa mga hindi Ati na naninirahan sa isla ng Panay at posibleng mga bahagi ng Negros. Ang mga taong una nilang nakatagpo sa Kanlurang Visayas ay inilarawan ng mga Espanyol bilang mga puting tao at hindi nailalarawan bilang mga tattoo, bagaman ang mga naninirahan sa Panay na naninirahan sa bulubunduking mga rehiyon ay nagsanay ng tattoo. Sa kabaligtaran, tinawag ng mga Kastila ang mga naninirahan sa iba pang mga isla ng Bisaya ng Cebu, Bohol, at Leyte bilang mga Pintados (mga pininturahan) bilang pagtukoy sa kanilang kasanayan sa pagpapa-tattoo sa kanilang buong katawan.
Mula 1950s hanggang 1960s mayroong mga huwad na pag-aangkin ng iba't ibang mga may-akda na ang Bisaya ay nagmula sa Sri Vijaya, na nangangatwiran na ang mga Bisaya ay alinman sa mga settler mula sa Sri Vijaya o mga sakop nito. Ang paghahabol na ito ay higit na nakabatay lamang sa pagkakahawig ng salitang Bisaya sa Vijaya. Ngunit tulad ng itinuro ng linguist na si Eugene Verstraelen, ang Vijaya ay mag-evolve sa Bidaya o Biraya, hindi Bisaya, batay sa kung paano isinama sa mga wika ng Pilipinas ang iba pang mga salitang nagmula sa Sanskrit.
Ipinagpalagay din na may kaugnayan ang pangalan sa etnikong Bisaya ng Borneo, ang huli ay nagkataon na ikinuwento sa epiko ng Maragtas bilang ang sinasabing pinagmulan ng mga ninuno na naninirahan sa Panay. Gayunpaman ang makasaysayang, arkeolohiko, at linguistic na ebidensya para dito ay maliit pa rin. Ang mga wika ng Bisaya ng Borneo at ng Bisaya ng Pilipinas ay hindi nagpapakita ng anumang espesyal na ugnayan, bukod sa katotohanang lahat sila ay kabilang sa iisang pamilyang Austronesian. Katulad nito, may mga sinasabi na ito ay pangalan ng isang bayani ng bayan (diumano'y Sri Visaya) o nagmula ito sa tandang Bisai-yah! (Napakaganda!) ng Sultan ng Brunei na bumisita sa Visayas sa unang pagkakataon. Ang lahat ng mga claim na ito ay hinamon at hanggang ngayon ay nananatiling mga haka-haka lamang at katutubong etimolohiya.
Ang rehiyon ng Visayas ay matatagpuan sa gitnang Pilipinas, na may kabuuang sukat ng lupain na 71,503 km2.
