Visit Wananiere Village de Tisserand about 15 minutes outside of the town near Mont Korhogo. A vast amount of lokal cloth is produced in the villag with traditional methods. They also sell everything from table cloths to handy bags in various motives and colors. You can also find their products in many souvenir markets around the country. Take a Taxi and ask them to wait for you while you get a tour and do some shopping. Expect to pay about 5000 FCFA for the taxi there and back and for table cloths 10000 FCFA upwards.

An Air Cote D'ivoire de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration TU-TSK performing flight HF-45 from Korhogo to Abidjan (Cote Ivoire), was on approach to Abidjan when the crew did not receive down and locked indication on the nose gear. The crew went around and worked the related checklists, however, without success. The aircraft needed to land with its nose gear retracted and came to a stop on the runway on its main gear and the nose. There were no injuries.

My trip began on Monday, January 15, 2024 at 4 in the afternoon, I took a taxi that took me from Abidjan to Bouake, to sleep in this city and continue the next day, on Tuesday, January 16, I continued my trip to the city of Kohogo by bus, a journey of just over 300 km for a duration of 4 and a half hours.

Mon voyage a commencé le lundi 15 janvier 2024 à 16 heures, j'ai pris un taxi qui m'a emmené d'Abidjan à Bouaké, pour dormir dans cette ville et continuer le lendemain, le mardi 16 janvier, j'ai continué mon voyage à la ville de Kohogo en bus, soit un trajet d'un peu plus de 300 km pour une durée de 4h30.
