AVOID MALTA IN 2023 - It's Not What You Think 🇲🇹

Just an honest video of what's it like in St. Paul's Bay - Bugibba & Qawra in Malta. This video represents my personal opinion, plus the presented state of things here. Sustainability levels of this island are becoming exhausted.

St. Paul's Bay, Malta is a local council consisting of Bugibba, Qawra and St. Paul's Bay residential areas. Full of shops, restaurants, hotels and couple of local seafood stores. It is also the most populated town in Malta, and the town with most of the construction works after St. Julian's and Sliema.

Asking people How Much Rent they Pay in Malta

Asking people how much rent they pay in Malta ? In todays video i met people that are living in Malta and asked them how much rent they pay. Some of the answers shocked me, as poeple who moved to Malta are paying a sharing room for €375 per month. Some other people are paying €950, some €1400 and even €4500 per month. The rent in Malta for accommodation is different according to the size of the apartment and the locality. Needless to say the rent in Malta has gone high up in the past 5 years and many people are not happy about that.

Traditional Maltese truck - and it’s playing music! #malta #travel

Why is this truck playing music?
Back in the days bands drove around Maltese villages and played music on the back of these trucks. This one is left in front of the Mgarr church to play alone.

Inside one of Malta’s smallest villages

Malta is a country that has cities and villages, and in this video we are inside one of Maltas smalles villages called Safi. Safi is located in the southern part of Malta between Zurrieq and Kirkop. It has less then 2500 residents and a beautiful architecture. It was a pleasure to have a little tour around Malta’s smallest villages because it felt like im in an open museum. On your next visit in Malta make sure to explore Safi.

Celebrating 10 Years of the Malta Airport Foundation

This is what the past ten years have looked like for the Malta Airport Foundation.

Since 2014, Malta International Airport has invested over €2 million in preserving and promoting the most exceptional aspects of our islands—our history, our culture, and the natural beauty that surrounds us.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank every organisation and entity that has collaborated with us over the past decade, as the Foundation undertook project after project aimed at raising awareness about environmental protection, breathing new life into historical sites that survived Malta’s wartime past, and conserving a selection of awe-inspiring works of art adorning our churches.

For more information about these projects, we invite you to visit maltairport.com/foundation.
