Is Dark Tourism about ghost hunting? Two speakers shared many insightful views on potential of Dark Tourism to Sabah in the Dark Tourism Workshop, which was held in Kota Kinabalu City from 22nd to 24th July 2022. The talks in this video will clear common misconception about dark tourism, and you will see government's upcoming plans on development of dark tourism in Sabah.
To give you some context, the audiences are government officers from different districts of Sabah (Malaysia). The talks were given after we visited four dark tourism destinations (Kinarut Mansion, Pogunon Museum, Petagas War Memorial, and Double Six Memorial). We planned to camp on Sulug Island in the following day.
