The centre is nestled in the suburb of Karrinyup, approximately 12 kilometres north-west of the CBD, and in close proximity to some of Western Australia’s finest beaches and coastal strip suburbs.
Following a three year, $800 million redevelopment, the centre has almost doubled in size to 109,000 square metres which includes a large piazza, corso and main street, leisure, lifestyle and entertainment and a fresh market precinct with Coles and ALDI joining the existing Woolworths.

The 3 years, AUD $800 Million redevelopment/renovation has been completed, and that sees the shopping centre to almost doubled in size. I will be walking around thoroughly through the entire shopping centre to explore the new features such as the new food court with Cafe Terrace, The Loop (Fashion and Lifestyle International Brands), HOYTS Cinema, Large Format Retailer, Outdoor Entertainment and Dining Precinct.

What a great few days we spent at Karrinyup Waters Resort
We booked last minute and even extended our stay! Was great catching up with family for dinner at the Cafe where they had great coffee, meals and a couple of decent beers on tap! 2 massive parks, a lake and 2 swimming pools and a big spa which is nice and warm even for this time of year!
Was great catching up with family who live in the area but what made the stay even better though was all the families that are travelling Australia who were staying here. Was great having a few beers and chat, for them to provide us some invaluable info and for us to be able to let them know some of our favourite places up the coast. Makes us want to hit the road sooner!
Definitely check this place out if you want to a little getaway or staying in Perth for a while you see everything it has on offer.
