Traveling with a finnish old time regional train; Dv12- taajis, Hanko- Tammisaari

A video about an old time finnish regional train between Hanko and Karis. I was traveling between Hanko and Tammisaari, so I filmed a bit of the journey, some rearwindow, the train inside, coupling... etc. These old regional trains will replace the Dm12 class diesel railcars:
A Dv12- class diesel locomotive pulled two old express cars, most of the wiews from rear window. Hope you like this :)

Fifth place to visit is Karis where we get to meet Mufid Muffe Asid, owner of Muffe's Bygg. Muffe says Karis has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere - if you just sit and talk with someone in the café and make local friends, soon they will present you to another and then another...until you realize you have yourself turned into a Karis local.

Sunday Walk in Kalasatama | Tallest Buildings of Finland

It's sunny Sunday in May and we are exploring Kalasatama area of Helsinki. Kalasatama will be a densely built-up area for about 25 000 inhabitants.

Our walk begins at Teurastamo (Slaughterhouse!) and then we continue towards Redi shopping centre. There we see the tallest buildings of Finland. The walk ends on Isoisänsilta bridge.

Traveling with finnish regional train H389, Hanko- Karis.

Inside regional train H389, film of almost the whole line between Hanko and Karis. The train is a Dm12- class diesel railcar (4412), top speed 120 km/h and made by CKD Vagonka in Czech republic 2005/2006. In the video there's also presented a few level crossings.
