I stayed in Quanzhou for quite some time, and it quickly became one of my favorite cities in China.
Foreign tourists are rare, but Quanzhou is a hidden gem. And I have enough reasons to say that. As the birth place of Fujianese culture and the first Chinese trade ports that opened up to the outside world Quanzhou is the place to find a huge diversity in Fujian Province:

⭕️ Beautifully preserved historical city quarter (UNESCO sites!)
⭕️ Great food, laid back, and stunning landscape
⭕️ Incredibly diverse religion, and you can find temples, mosques, churches...
and the list goes on...
In short, it is a super laid-back city with modern charm, and an ancient soul!

Lianzhou City, a county-level city under the administration of Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, is located in the northwestern part of Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, at the upper reaches of the Xiaobei River, adjacent to Yangshan County in the southeast, connected to Liannan County in the southwest, connected to Lanshan and Jianghua Counties in Hunan Province in the northwest, bordering Linwu County in Hunan Province in the north, and leaning on the territory of Yizhang County in Hunan Province in the northeast, with a total area of 2,663.33 square kilometres.
Lianzhou City is located at the southern foot of Mengzhu Ling in the middle of the South Ridge, with mountains to the west, north and east, and a slightly lower central part, all in a hilly area. It belongs to the central subtropical monsoon climate zone, which is influenced by monsoons throughout the year. The rivers in the territory belong to the Lianjiang River system, a tributary of the Beijiang River (a tributary of the Pearl River).
As of 2014, Lianzhou City has 10 towns and 2 ethnic townships. According to the data of the seventh census, the resident population of Lianzhou City was 377,220 as at 00:00 on 1 November 2020.

Jin Chang Hotel Putuo District

The Confucius Temple is known also as the Wenmiao Temple in Chinese, and is situated in the southeast of Wuwei City. This ancient complex dates from the Ming Dynasty having been established in 1439 on instructions from the reigning emperor and with the strong backing of public subscription. The construction of the original temple took just two years but various extensions have been added over succeeding centuries.

(EN) The Zhangye Danxia National Geological Park also known as Zhangye Danxia (Landform) Geopark, is located near the city of Zhangye in China's northwestern Gansu province. It covers an area of 510 square kilometres (200 sq mi). Explore Old Town Suzhou Shopping Streets and Canals
The oldest part of Suzhou is what China was like before cars and motorbikes. The 14.2-square-kilometer Old Town is ideal for wandering, either on foot, by bike or via a lazy gondola ride. Steep-sided bridges arch over 35 kilometers of 1100-year-old canals, and narrow, picturesque, cobblestone streets meander through the whitewashed walls and black roofs of the Old Town..
Popular pedestrian shopping thoroughfare PingJiang Road has been found on maps since 960; a canal that may be even older runs alongside the street. Lively Shantang Street is famous for its temples and memorial bridges arching over bigger, busier streets. Sinquan Street boasts architecture from the Ming Dynasty, which was in place from the mid-1300s to mid-1600s..
Don't miss a canal tour in Old Town Suzhou. You can a catch ride on the Grand Canal or smaller, adjacent canals. From the water, you'll see a whole other face of Suzhou, where traditional homes open directly onto ancient waterways..

岷县，隶属于甘肃省定西市，因境内有岷山而得县名，位于甘肃省定西市南部。岷县建制最早可追溯到秦王政八年（前239年）时称临洮，是秦长城的西部起点，西魏文帝大统十年（公元544年）始置岷州，民国二年（1913年）改为岷县，1985年后划归定西管辖。
