One of my goals for this year was to tell the story of the Yoruba Aunties and Uncles of the Ojude Oba Festival which happens in a town in Ogun State, Nigeria called Ijebu Ode. The Ojude Oba Festival is a renowned cultural celebration that takes place in Ijebu-Ode, a historic city in Nigeria. This is an annual event held to honor the Oba, the traditional ruler of the Ijebu kingdom, and to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the Yoruba people.

The Most Popular Tourist Attraction In Ondo State, Nigeria
Visiting the less than three-kilometre hilltop of Oke Maria (Mary's Hill), for the first-timer, is not a child’s play as one needs to take a break along the journey to the mountain top in at least one or two resting places. But despite this, visitors keep thronging this sacred hill, where prayers are answered and solutions are provided to most challenges.
The Oke Maria hill has become an annual pilgrimage centre to Catholic and non-Catholic every February. Visitors from Nigeria and abroad come to pay homage to the Blessed Virgin every second week of February. But other people usually visit the place day in day out apart from the annual pilgrimage in February.

ILU - AJE is a town in Nigeria and it name simply means the town of witches. I was joined by fellow creators @NigeriaToTheWorld @busayoad10 and @nonyerichy to explore and uncover the history behind this unusual name ILU - AJE .

Ojude Oba is Yoruba Heritage and yes i am not talking about short film or movie, It is a festival of Steeze where MR FAROOQ A CANCER SURVIVOR & SON A UK GOLD MARCHANT & HORSE RIDERS CAME LATE YET STEAL THE SHOW, Mr. Farooq Oreagba's Steeze is truly an Expression of his Personality. Honestly The Balogun and ELESIN IJEBU ODE FAMILY TAKE OVER 2024 OJUDE OBA and it was really entertaining and SPECTACULAR CELEBRATION OF IJEBU HERITAGE and Yoruba in general.
