Is Huay Yang, Thailand the non-touristic beach paradise destination you have been looking for?
Huay Yang (Huai Yang) is a small coastal village in the province of Prachuap Khiri Khan located approx 300 km south of Bangkok, Thailand. It is mostly a fishing and farming community and isn't your typical tourist destination where you would find a lot of hotels and resorts or bars.
Most of the 500 houses that have been built in Huay Yang in the recent past are owned by people from Scandinavia. The village is definitely worth visiting if you are looking for tranquility and amazing sandy beaches and authentic experiences of a more untouched Thailand. You can also find excellent food in a number of different restaurants both in the village and a few that are located at the beach.
We call Huay Yang our second home and have visited the village since 2018 and keep going back. We will share more information on this Youtube channel and on our website
We travel to Huay Yang by taxi from Bangkok which takes about 4-5 hrs. You can also reach it by train or bus. To get around in the village people often use motorbikes or salengs that you can rent from local businesses. You can also go by train or bus and easily visit for example Hua Hin (1.5 hr from Huay Yang).

I Travel To Go - We traveled to Hua Hin to do a little bit of adventure and we came across this secluded beach near Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park. The beach was peaceful and was just a sight to behold, it was so beautiful, a true glimpse of the natural beauty of Thailand. It was beyond what words can describe with the beautiful mountainous landscapes in the backdrop. Incredible find indeed.

Baldy Brian in Thailand visits the best camping and hiking site near Hau Hin, and Cha-Am, Thailand. Khao Nang Phanthurat Forest Park is only 9km from the centre of Cha-Ami, Phetchaburi, Thailand. The park is famous for its limestone mountain trails and is an excellent choice for a day trip from the nearby resorts of Hau Hn and Cha-Am. There are also several campsites in the area close to the mountain range where the hike starts from. It truly is a spectacular place to visit.

A forest temple with fantastic views in the middle of nowhere between Pranburi town and Pak Nam Pran. Easy to reach on a very good access road (slightly uphill), e.g. as a stopover when driving towards Khao Kalok. Great views of the Gulf of Thailand, the Tenasserim mountain range in Myanmar and the vast Bueng Bua (Thung Sam Roi Yot) freshwater swamp. In the background the mountains of the same name - impressive. And once again wonderful encounters with extremely friendly monks. A short trip that is absolutely worth it!

Ein Waldtempel mit fantastischer Aussicht mitten im Nirgendwo zwischen der Stadt Pranburi und Pak Nam Pran. Leicht zu erreichen auf einer sehr guten Zufahrt (leicht bergauf), z.B. als Zwischenstopp bei einer Fahrt Richtung Khao Kalok. Großartige Aussicht auf den Golf von Thailand, die Tenasserim-Bergkette in Myanmar und den riesigen Süßwassersumpf Bueng Bua (Thung Sam Roi Yot). Im Hintergrund die gleichnamigen Berge - beeindruckend. Und wieder einmal wunderbare Begegnungen mit überaus freundlichen Mönchen. Ein Kurzausflug, der sich abolut lohnt!

Motovlog # from Phuket to Trang, hidden lake and a stay at Phu Pha Yot Resort 02-01-18
Join my Motovlog as i take a trip down to the south of Thailand staying at the Phu Pha Yot resort (Amphoe Huai Yot) which is located near to Trang which would make a ideal place to explore Trang and the surrounding area. i also make a quick pit stop at Krabi and visit a unknown lake near the Phu Pha Yot resort

MIEUX QUE ERAWAN ! Les Huay Mae Kamin Waterfalls, plus belles cascades de KANCHANABURI !
Bien moins connues et donc moins fréquentées que celles d'Erawan qui se trouvent 45 km avant, les cascades d'Huay Mae Kamin n'ont pour moins rien à leur envier, au contraire. 7 niveaux également, moins de monde, chemins plus faciles, leur seul défaut est de nécessité 1h de route de plus et de n'être desservies par aucun transports en commun. (filmé début février 2020)
