Explore Romania: The life of a coal mine - Prahova Valley
in this episode you can find some images taken at the beginning of this autumn at about 70km from Romania's capital Bucharest, at Filipestii de Padure. This is a coal mine that was firstly founded at the beginning of the last century and its' activity made an important change on the nature and wildlife style. In the present the mine is not functioning at its' full capacity anymore and there is only one little part that remain functional, the one named surface coal mine.
