MORE ABOUT THIS VIDEO 😃
⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯
Have you been to Lisbon? It’s an incredible food city. And recently we launched our first Devour Tour there - our Tastes & Traditions of Lisbon Food Tour. And to celebrate it, I decided to make a video along with Ellis Dixon, our wonderful local manager and Lisbon expert.
So, where did we go?
1. Confeitaria Nacional: This place has been open since the early 1800s and it’s a fantastic place to start your day - a bica (espresso) and a pastry surrounded by gorgeous turn-of-the-century decor.
2. Ginjinha Sem Rival: I love this tiny little shop where you can get a bottle of Portugal’s famous cherry liqueur - and also take a shot of it at the bar. This place has been going since 1840!
3. O Trevo: You have to eat a bifana sandwich when you’re in Lisbon. It’s simple, but delicious - stewed pork, and then you douse it in piri piri sauce and yellow mustard. And this was the place Anthony Bourdain visited!
4. Casa Pereira: I love how this old shop smells like coffee, tea and chocolate. And the walls are lined with incredible bottles of port. So if you want to grab a bottle of port while in the city, this is your place!
5. Trobadores: This place is straight out of Game of Thrones. And despite seemingly a little tacky, it’s actually a place locals come to. You can drink mead (fermented honey) and grill chorizo sausage right at your table!
6. Bonjardim: Piri piri chicken is famous, and if you’re going to get it in Lisbon (and you should), this is the place! The chicken was so deliciously juicy, and the skin fabulously spicy.
7. O Gaiteiro: I love a good old school restaurant. And in Lisbon these tascas the best spots to order grilled fish: sardines, salt-cold and octopus. O Gaiteiro is a place we visit on Devour’s Lisbon food tour and it’s fantastic - great food, full of local clients.
8. Sol e Pesca: This former fishing shop still looks like… a fishing shop. Apart from the enormous display of canned fish. And please, don’t be afraid of canned fish - it can be absolutely delicious, and this is the place to try it!
9. Manteigaria: Custard tarts are everywhere in Lisbon, but not all custard tarts are created equal. These ones from Manteigaria have a wonderfully crispy and flaky pastry, and custard is like delicious molten lava. A plus, you can watch them making them through the glass window.

😍💞💘 The Ultimate Guide To Porto : Portugal's Secret City 💔💏💖
Porto is a charming medieval city with an abundance of history and culture, which makes it an ideal place to visit. The city is home to some of the most beautiful historic landmarks in Portugal, including the magnificent Ribeira Palace complex. It also offers a wide range of dining options from elegant restaurants to bustling bistros and cafes. Porto also has plenty of outdoor activities such as hiking through vineyards or walking along beaches where you can find yourself surrounded by wildlife like birds and turtles!
Porto is a city in Northern Portugal. It is the second largest city in Portugal and it’s known for its wines, especially port wine.
Porto has many things to see, do and eat. There are plenty of interesting places to visit throughout the city including several UNESCO World Heritage sites such as Belém Tower, Jerónimos Monastery or St Francis Church. The Douro River Valley is also wonderful place to explore if you have time on your hands!
Food and Drink
As you may have guessed, Porto is famous for its wine. The city actually has a staggering number of wineries—more than 100—and there’s no better place to sample them than right in the heart of town at Vila Nova de Gaia, on your way up or down from the cathedral. The area around this winery is also home to some excellent bars and restaurants that can serve as bases for exploring other parts of town or simply enjoying one another’s company over drinks.
If seafood isn't your thing but still want something fresh from the sea, Porto also has several great options for dining out by the water (or just walking down). Consider heading across the river into Matosinhos where you'll find plenty more places serving up seafood dishes like grilled sardines with white beans; braised codfish with kale; fried fish fillets topped with onions and capers; or even grilled squid served with rice balls filled with spicy shrimp paste! It's always nice when there are many different types of cuisine available within close proximity so it doesn't matter which type suits your tastes best—just pick one!
People and Culture
Porto is a city that is known for its culture, food and wine. It's also the home of the famous Port wine. The cuisine here is very traditional, with lots of seafood dishes on offer. There are many museums and cultural centers in this city that you can visit if you want to learn more about its history or explore different aspects of Portugal's culture.

Sports and Activities
If you’re looking for a city that offers an abundance of sports and activities, Porto is the place to go. The city has a large variety of activities to choose from and it's easy to find something that will suit your needs. Here are some great places in Porto for sports and activities:
• Arco do Vilar : A massive complex with two pools (one heated), eight tennis courts, a climbing wall and even an indoor swimming pool! It's also close enough to walk if you don't feel like driving.
• Parque dos Príncipes : This park has lots of things going on as well; there are several playgrounds for kids who want to play outdoors while adults can relax with chairs or lounge on benches around them. There is also an ice rink where people can skate during wintertime!
Sleeping and Eating Out in Porto
If you're looking for a place to stay, there are plenty of options. Porto's Old City is home to many charming guest houses and small hotels, but if you want something more luxurious—or just don't like the idea of sleeping in an old church—then head up north and check out Quinta da Lapinha, which has been listed as one of The World's Top 10 Luxury Hotels since 2015.
Porto also has several excellent restaurants where diners can enjoy traditional dishes while drinking wine from the local region. Some popular ones include O Pescador (fish), Rua Barbosa (steak) and Restaurante João XXI (traditional Portuguese cuisine). For bar food and coffee shops, try Casa do Chernomaz or Cafe de Belem on Rua Nova do Teixeira dos Reis; both serve up great food at reasonable prices that won't break your budget!
If you're looking for a day trip that won't cost a fortune but is still worth it, then Porto may be the perfect choice. The city has everything from fine dining and wine to architecture and nightlife, making it one of the most popular destinations in Portugal.
If you're traveling with kids or want to experience some local culture during your stay, this is an ideal destination for you!
Conclusion
If you’re looking for a place to chill, relax and enjoy yourself, Porto is the perfect choice. Make sure to check out its best attractions and go on some of the coolest day trips from Porto. #porto ,#4kvideo ,#portugal

It didn't took me long and here I am with the best travel tips about Portugal, and - as promised - here are my monthly suggestions of Typical Festivities :)
In this video you'll learn about the Chocolate Festival of Óbidos (one of the most beautiful Medieval Villages of Portugal), a Fair that exists since the XV century in the coastal town of Aveiro... and a very creepy Pagan Tradition with Medieval origins that still takes place in the small village of Freixo de Espada-à-Cinta! These are festivities for all tastes and I am sure that if you attend any of them you'll have lots of fun!
This year these festivities were once again cancelled but they are happening online and you can learn more about them by using the following links:

Top 10 Best Places to Visit in Portugal | Trafalgar Tours Review| Lady A
Check out the Top 10 Best Places to Visit in Portugal
Hi guys 👋🏾
Thank you so much for watching my video.
In this video, I share with you:
The Top 10 Best Places to Visit in Portugal!
I recently surprised my mom with a dream trip to Portugal 🇵🇹 for her birthday. This was my first time traveling with an organized tour group so after much research and reviews, I decided to travel with Trafalgar Tours. I've heard many great things about this travel group and I must say it's absolutely true.
Trafalgar Tours is #simplythebest
The name of our tour was: The Best of Portugal. It was an 12 day tour of Portugal's mainland. Our tour began and ended in Lisbon; however, we visited places such as: Evora, Sintra, Cascais, Algarve, Porto, Lagos, Monsaraz, Coimbra, Obidos, Fatima, Nazare, and Sagres to name a few.
Lisbon instantly became one of my favourite cities in the whole world and Portugal became one of my favourite European countries to visit. I fell in love with the culture, people, food and wine. Also, Portugal is incredibly inexpensive compared to its European counterparts. It's a country that I plan on visiting often.
Thanks again for watching.
Also, check out my Portugal travel diary here:
Infinite love and gratitude,
Lady A xoxo

Port Wine Tasting at Caves Ferreira | Porto, Portugal
We have arrived in Porto! Per the usual, our schedule is packed and our exploration of Porto starts immediately with a Port wine tour, except it's technically in Gaia, just across the Douro River.
With so many places to choose from, we landed on Ferreira Cellars/Caves Ferreira. The tour was incredible! We were guided through the building and learned the history of Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira as well as the wine in general. The tour concluded with a guided tasting of three Port wines.
This was the perfect start to our time in Porto -- even if getting to that point didn't quite go as planned😅

The Village of Dornes, Knights Templar and the Zêzere River - Portugal 2018
August 10, 2018 - Amidst the backdrop of the mountains surrounding the village, what distinguishes Dornes is that it is situated on a peninsula, located next to the Zêzere river.
Dornes also has a rich historical past. The settlement has been around since Roman times.
During the 12th century, the Knights Templar came to this place and built a tower on the remains of a Roman tower to stand guard over the river valley.
