After being a talent agent and working in the fashion world, I always wanted to come to Milan for this reason.
So, when I found an amazing flight on an Italian airline ( Neos Air) making a new transatlantic flight from JFK airport direct to Milan Malpensa airport, I knew that it was time for a visit to Italy.
Now Milan is a fantastic place to start a trip or be a home base because it is within 2.5 hrs on the train to so many locations, and we took full advantage of that so, our stay in Milan was very much of a chill trip, because we knew that this would not be our last time to Milan.

Indoor swimming pool in an airport?
In this episode I am reflecting on how terribly overpacked I am. I also am figuring out all the logistics in order to guarantee a smooth transit to my next destination. I stayed at the Sheraton Milan Malpensa airport conference center & hotel. The facilities are amazing and extremely clean. The space gave put my mind at ease from the chaos of traveling. I was able to visit their gym as well as go for a quick swim in their indoor pool which is part of their spa.
Moving forward I hope to learn from my mistakes and try to limit the amount of stuff I pack to lighten my load as well as make getting around more comfortable.
