We have several towns we love going to and walking around the downtown area, so we thought we would show another one of our favorites. We do a complete walking tour of the historic downtown Eustis, Florida. There is so much to do there and they usually have some sort of festival going on. Eustis is also in a great location and is centrally located and the downtown is basically right on Lake Eustis. We have gone to the George Fest and watched a concert at the amphitheater in Downtown Eustis and loved it! They also have a lot of restaurants that you can go to in Downtown. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford Metropolitan Statistical Area. Eustis High School is the town's local public high school.
The City of Eustis holds a festival every year which begins on the last Friday of February and runs through Sunday and has been held since 1902. Santa’s Farm in Eustis, Florida to explore the Christmas trees, kids activities and pony rides
Come explore a day outdoors with our family at Santa's Farm! This farm compares to many of the farms we have visited in the New England area. They have the bounce pillow we love so much, plus slides, bikes, trains and wagon rides! Be sure to purchase tickets in advance as they are limiting capacity and can be sold out upon arrival. You can also purchase add-on options for horse and pony rides, zipline and even rubber ducks! The horseback rides were sold out online so we decided to arrive early in hopes of buying them at the gate, which worked out because they did have a limited number of horse rides for same day sales and we got 3!
We enjoyed the day so much and plan to visit again! The girls visited the petting zoo, and LOVED the bike track! Their favorite activity of the day was the crazy elf maze! It reminded them of the corn mazed they did on our fall trip and was a lot of fun to explore!
During the fall, they have a pumpkin patch and fall festival which we'd like to visit next year as well!
