Yes..when the full moon shines bright above the river..the mist off the falls cast a full “moonbow” which can be seen from the observatory decks along the river looking out over the falls.

The LoveNesters leave Wisconsin and check out the hills of Kentucky in the Daniel Boone National Forest. We explore Cumberland Falls State Resort park and the beautiful falls near by. The Cumberland Falls and Eagles Falls are stunning and offer some great hikes. This is one of the few places on earth that you can see a moonbow. Where to Hike in Cumberland Falls Park, Kentucky
While RVing in late October, we hiked some of the trails at Cumberland Falls State Resort Park in Kentucky. The 12 numbered trails in the park provide 17 miles of forest hiking. Keep your dog leashed, and note the signs warning of bears in the area.
