Conversano, Puglia, Italy - Travel Tips - 4K UHD - Virtual Trip
Conversano is a small town of less than 30,000 inhabitants, located in the province of Bari in Apulia. It is only 10 km from Polignano a Mare, 17 km from Monopoli, 11 km from Rutigliano or Castellana Grotte and about 30 km from Bari. Conversano is therefore at the crossroads of the roads leading to the most beautiful villages of the region. It is often cited as an alternative to Polignano as far as accommodations are concerned. And for good reason: it is a town on a human scale (mostly 3-story buildings), very little visited even in the middle of August. Here you can enjoy a beautiful setting, with its historic center among the most beautiful in the region, while being next to the must-sees of the region!
Conversano is 30 kilometres (19 mi) southeast of Bari and 7 kilometres (4 mi) from the Adriatic coast, at 219 metres (719 ft) above sea level.

PUGLIA | The best travel guide 2023: PART 1
Welcome to Part 1 of our Puglia vlog! Join us as we explore the beautiful cities of Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, and Matera over the course of three days. We started our journey in Bari, where we landed and made our way to Monopoli, where we spent our first night and dinned at the best restaurand in the city. The following day, we had a delicious breakfast at Bellavista suites in the city centre before heading off to Polignano a Mare, a picturesque seaside town known for its stunning beach.
After a day of exploring, we returned to Monopoli and changed accommodations to another fantastic spot, called Playa del Mar where we had a relaxing afternoon by the pool and enjoyed floating fruit platter before heading to Alberobello in the afternoon. The following day, we drove to Matera, the oldest city in Italy, where we explored the city center and saw some of the famous Sassi cave dwellings. We stayed in Palazzo Degli Abati, one of the best local hotels.

Welcome to Bari! 🇮🇹 We had the best 48 hours in total in Bari, a place we had no idea would be on our must see list until the end of our trip. This is one not to miss! Follow along with us as we take you round the culinary items of Puglia from focaccia to die for, to the best gelato we had the whole Italy road trip, to the spectacular architecture of Basilica San Nicola, the famous pasta street and the must see Parrocchia Cattedrale with a rich history in their Sito Archeologico in Bari. We were incredibly lucky to have the hotel stay that we did, with amazing recommendations and stunning rooftop views, we soaked up Bari the best way. We would absolutely shout from those rooftops come and visit here.
