Ptuj Kurentovanje 2023, Slovenia - 4K Virtual Walk 1st person POV
Kurentovanje is a traditional carnival festival that takes place in Slovenia, particularly in the northeastern region of the country, in a town called Ptuj. It usually occurs in February or March, before the beginning of the Christian season of Lent.
Kurentovanje is characterized by colorful and vibrant parades where people dress up in costumes, wear masks and make a lot of noise to scare away the winter and welcome the arrival of spring. The most prominent figure of the festival is the Kurent, a mythical creature dressed in a sheepskin coat, a colorful scarf, and a chain with bells. Pot med krošnjami / Pohorje - zelena oaza i najbolji tobogan u Sloveniji
Pot med krošnjami (put između krošanja) jedna je od najpoznatijih atrakcija u Sloveniji. Nalazi se u srcu pohorske šume na nadmorskoj visini od 1517 metara. Sama staza uzdignuta je oko 20 metra iznad tla i pravi je način za doživjeti svijet iz ptičje perspektive.
Sam obilazak ne traje dugo, otprilike pola sata, a predlažemo da posjet ovoj atrakciji kombinirate s posjetom još nekoj od zanimljivih lokacija u Sloveniji.
Cijena ulaznice je 10 Eura za odrasle i 8 Eura za djecu. Pot med krošnjami sastoji se od izdignute drvene kružne staze i glavne atrakcije - 37 metara visokog tornja s toboganom.
Dok je staza odličan način za šetnju kroz krošnje i promatranje kako svijet izgleda na ovim visinama, toranj je ipak glavna zanimljivost parka, nešto malo zbog odličnog pogleda, a više zbog tobogana kojim se može spustiti u podnožje.
Cijena spusta toboganom je 2 Eura po osobi i toliko je zabavno da se često zna dogoditi da ljudi potroše više novca na tobogan nego na samu ulaznicu. Tobogan je dug 62 metra, a spust traje 15-ak sekundi. Pa ponovno uspon pješke, opet spust itd.
Na stazi među krošnjama nalazi se par adrenalinskih poligona i poučnih punktova s informacijama o Rogli, Pohorju i šumama koje okružuju ovo područje. Ukupna dužina staze (uključujući uspon na toranj) je 1000 metara.

Visiting region of Prekmurje, staying in a house our friend is renovating in the old fashioned manner-keeping it the way it was ;) Next stop was St. Ana Church in Boreca, and then to a small tourist centre Vulkanija, where you get a taste of how Prekumrje was shaped by Volcanoes long-long time ago. All that was toped by a dinner in Restaurant Kodila, where they serve everything eaten and grown in this fantastic part of Slovenia. Enjoy!
