Introducing Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
Founded in 1741 by Moravian settlers and nicknamed the “Christmas City”, Bethlehem Pa., once held a world-wide reputation for its steel manufacturing. Today the town is well into a cultural and economic leadership position in the Lehigh Valley. Home to Lehigh University and Moravian College, the city also has seen a growth in restaurants, art galleries and shopping in its historic district, South Side and in the Wind Creek Casino complex. Wind Creek is a casino with slot machines and table games, restaurants, hotels and nightclubs. The facility has expanded as more buildings that formerly belonged to Bethlehem Steel are either converted to new use or torn down to make way for new construction. The Wind Creek Event Center draws top-name musical acts throughout the year. The residential neighborhoods closest to this new complex are Historic Bethlehem and Saucon Valley, as well as Fountain Hill. Redevelopment along E. Fourth Street from the casino complex through to the border with Hellertown has changed the corridor from one of empty buildings to new business park campuses and even a greenway that runs from the start of the South Side all the way to Hellertown.
Bethlehem is also home to Musikfest, an annual celebration of music with free performances taking place throughout the historic district and at other nearby venues. Each year’s event draws about 1,000,000 visitors.
The Christmas season is celebrated in style in Bethlehem’s charming historic district, where a vibrant Main Street is anchored by 18th-century Moravian settler buildings and historic Hotel Bethlehem and lined with independently-owned shops and restaurants. The surrounding residential area presents streetscapes with 18th- and 19th-century homes tastefully restored. Special events take place throughout December, including Christkindlmarkt, a German-inspired holiday shopping area that now sets up at the casino complex. Ring in the New Year as a giant Peep drops (Just Born candy, maker of Peeps and other sweets, is headquartered in Bethlehem).
Major employers in Bethlehem include St. Luke's Hospital, Lehigh University, B. Braun Medical, Just Born, Dun & Bradstreet, Moravian College, Cigars International and others.

Dorney Park Top 10 Roller Coasters and Rides
I finally got the chance to visit Dorney Park in Allentown Pennsylvania in 2019 and I had a great trip. I thought the roller coasters were solid and pretty underrated. Steel Force was a huge surprise to me and was everything I was hoping Maginum XL was going to be. Talon was another huge surprise. I found it to be one of my favorite inverts and it rarely gets talked about. I really wanted to put a video together for Dorney Park and my Top 10 rides that had more of a positive feel and hopefully will make people want to get out to Allentown and experience this SOLID park.
Have a great day and Thanks so much for watching. I hope you will consider subscribing to my channel OkayCoasters

Hidden Gem, Souderton, PA | Quiet and quaint vacation destination no one knows about
We decided to take a trip out to Souderton, PA in Montgomery County. We've been here before to eat at a BBQ place we happened upon during our travels. Unfortunately, this particular restaurant isn't open on Sundays, so instead we tried the Burger Place and found another great place to eat adding it to our list of reasons to visit.
One of the reasons we like to visit here is because of the small town America feel, especially on Sunday. We were able to walk around town and not have the crowds larger cities have. Finding a cute place to relax and eat some ice cream before a walk is easy in a town like this.
The few people that we did come across were super friendly and made us feel like we were regular visitors just making another stop in. We hope that you all get the same comfortable and welcoming feeling we get when we come here.
Our visit to Souderton was relaxing and enjoyable. We hope you enjoy tagging along with us in this video. And remember to Squeeze the Day!

Bethlehem, PA
The story of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, could very well be one of the greatest success stories of any American city. After the closing of Bethlehem Steel, some feared economic decline and urban decay was inevitable. But to the contrary, Bethlehem has experienced an economic renaissance, with development initiatives leading to the rise of two vibrant downtown neighborhoods, and old steel lands getting converted into prosperous clusters of manufacturers, e-commerce providers, entertainment, public parks, and mixed-use redevelopment. Today, Bethlehem is the safest city of its size in Pennsylvania, and its strong quality-of-life assets have made millennials the city’s fastest-growing demographic. A wide array of incentive programs and geographic zones are available to assist with all types of development, from industrial and office, to restaurants, retail, and startups. The city also boasts a strong existing infrastructure, access to markets, an excellent workforce, and superior educational institutions like Lehigh University and Moravian College. Come to Bethlehem, and become a part of this great American success story.

Bethlehem in Pennsylvania is Christmas City, USA
Here's why Pennsylvania's city of Bethlehem is a must-visit during the holiday season. (Video by Julia Hatmaker/PennLive with additional footage courtesy of Discover Lehigh Valley).
JIM THORPE, PA: Stunning Destination in the Lehigh Gorge and Pocono Mountains
Jim Thorpe is the seat of Carbon County, located on the Lehigh River north of Allentown, and at the southern end of the Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. It has a large history with coal and railroads, and is currently a major biking and white river rafting destination. The borough is split into three sections, with downtown, a section up the hill, and a section across the river where Jim Thorpe is buried. It's a long and confusing story about how Jim Thorpe ended up here and how the town was named after him, but it just adds to the mystery of this place. Enjoy!

From Wikipedia:
Bethlehem is an American city along the Lehigh River, split between both Northampton and Lehigh counties in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania. As of the 2020 census, Bethlehem had a total population of 75,781, making it the eighth largest city in Pennsylvania. Of this, 55,639 were in Northampton County and 19,343 were in Lehigh County.
Bethlehem lies in the center of the Lehigh Valley, a metropolitan region of 731 sq mi (1,890 km2) with a population of 861,899 people as of the 2020 census, making it Pennsylvania's third most populous metropolitan area and the 68th most populated metropolitan area in the U.S. Smaller than Allentown but larger than Easton, Bethlehem is the Lehigh Valley's second most populous city.
There are four sections to Bethlehem: central Bethlehem, the south side, the east side, and the west side. Each of these sections blossomed at different times in the city's development and each contains areas recognized under the National Register of Historic Places. ZIP codes that use the address Bethlehem totaled 116,000 in population in 2000. These ZIP Codes include Bethlehem Township and Hanover Township.
The Norfolk Southern Railway's Lehigh Line (formerly the main line of the Lehigh Valley Railroad) runs through Bethlehem heading east to Easton and across the Delaware River to Phillipsburg, New Jersey. The Norfolk Southern Railway's Reading Line runs through Bethlehem and west to Allentown and Reading.
Bethlehem has a long historical relationship with the celebration of Christmas. The city was christened as Bethlehem on Christmas Eve 1741 by Nicolaus Zinzendorf, a Moravian bishop. In 1747, Bethlehem was the first U.S. city to feature a decorated Christmas tree. On December 7, 1937, at a grand ceremony during the Great Depression, the city adopted the nickname Christmas City USA in a large ceremony.[6] It is one of several Lehigh Valley locations, including Emmaus, Egypt, and Allentown's Jordan Creek, whose names were inspired by locations referenced in the Bible. The Lehigh River, a 109-mile-long (175 km) tributary of the Delaware River, flows through the city.
Bethlehem borders Allentown to its west and is 48 miles (77 km) north of Philadelphia and 72 miles (116 km) west of New York City.
