As part of positioning Binmaley Pangasinan as the“Seafood Capital of the North”, the town holds a grand fiesta named as the SIGAY FESTIVAL.
The Sigay Festival is a one week celebration from end of January to first week of February which will give tribute to the aquaculture industry of the town, which is the number one source livelihood of the community of Binmaley. Sigay is a Pangasinan dialect word which means to harvest.

This is the 3rd iteration in so many years that shows the progress of building the new #Bypass road that will actually begin in #Dagupan City, crosses over via #Binmaley and bypasses #Lingayen town.
Also note in this video - the 2 landmark transmission towers on the highest peak in Sual are now gone.
They were like a little landmark here for those that live in this area.
