These little alleyways ooze a secret hipster vibe and are some of the best places to go if you’re looking for a quiet laid-back spot that serves up some high-quality drinks. Join the team as we spend the day getting lost in the many hutongs in search for the Best Hutongs Bars in Beijing. We hit up Capital Spirits in Xinsi Hutong first, one of the first bars in the world dedicated to the hard-hitting Chinese liquor Baijiu. The bartenders help ease you into the liquor by combining it with a delicious range of sweet and fruity mixers. Next up we head to Great Leap Brewing No. 6 in Doujiao Hutong, an institution in Beijing and the first craft brewery to open in the city. In a bungee jumping accident an Australian woman Erin has survived with only minor injuries after her rope broke during an adventure sports, 111-meter bungee jump over crocodile-infested waters on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe. Her feet were still bound together as she hit the water and the impact broke her collarbone. Erin blacked out briefly in the water and, when she came to, she had to navigate a system of rapids before finding her way to dry land.
